The first mini-game within Jackbox Party Pack 8 has been revealed. The Jackbox mini-games are the bread and butter of the series. Developer Jackbox Games has explained that Jackbox Party Pack 8 will have five mini-games in total, which is standard for previous packs as well. Now excitingly the first has been announced: Job Job.

Last month, Jackbox Party Pack 8 was announced as the next pack in the near-annual released party series. The game allows players to enjoy the fun via their phone, a controller, and even with streamers playing along with audiences. For Jackbox Party Pack 8, the first mini-game to be announced is Job Job, a game about interviewing for a job with a comical mix of Mad Libs style word choice.

To mark the occasion of the new Job Job mini-game in Jackbox Party Pack 8, developer Jackbox Games released a quick video showcasing what the game will be about. The idea of the game is to use the words of others to answer interview questions in an attempt to score the job (win the game likely).

In Job Job, players will answer questions and then those sentences will get shuffled around and sent to other players. Players will then be able to use the words available to them in an attempt to answer classic job interview questions, often to comical effect. Job Job supports three to ten players.

The "mascot" of Job Job--at least for the sake of the video--appears to be a forgetful watercooler, which gives the game an extra amount of charm. As far as the other mini-games in Jackbox Party Pack 8, players will have to wait a bit more to find out what they are.

The Jackbox Party Pack 8 releases later this year.
