The upcoming Atom Eve game will be published by Skybound Games, owned by Invincible comic creator Robert Kirkman. Invincible Presents: Atom Eve will be a visual novel-type adventure game with turn-based combat that will tell another side of Atom Eve's story. According to the game's Steam page, it will show the early days of Eve's superheroine life, and how she balances living with her family and working with Teen Team. As reported by Gematsu, Skybound Games and developer Terrible Posture Games announced that Invincible Presents: Atom Eve will launch on Steam on November 14, with "additional platforms to be announced."

Apart from the titular character, Invincible Presents: Atom Eve will also feature other characters from the Invincible universe. This includes the likes of Rex Splode, Dupli-Kate, the Mauler Twins, and of course, Invincible himself. Official screenshots also showed the interactive dialogues between Eve and the other characters, which will give players a chance to immerse themselves in the story further.

The Atom Eve game seems to be similar to the Invincible: Atom Eve special released last July, which also delved into her backstory. Following the success of the special, Kirkman said that he hoped to make more Invincible spinoffs like that to share the backstories of other characters with the world. These would hopefully add more depth to the characters' personalities and intentions, just like what it did with Eve. Invincible Presents: Atom Eve might also open more doors to tell these stories in the gaming space, especially with the upcoming Invincible: Guarding the Globe mobile game.

Apart from an Invincible game, Skybound Games has also been hard at work with its social deduction game The Walking Dead: Betrayal. The rules are similar to Among Us where players have to work together to find the traitors in order to escape a zombie horde unscathed. The game is still in development, but interested players could keep an eye out for Skybound's open beta testing.

Invincible Presents: Atom Eve releases on PC on November 14.
