Ubisoft has been on a roll this year after successfully releasing several open-world games such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs: Legion. Earlier this month, the studio released a new IP called Immortals Fenyx Rising, an action-adventure game set in the world of the Golden Isles, inspired by Greek mythology.

Now, those who are still on the fence about trying out Ubisoft's latest game would be happy to know that Immortals Fenyx Rising is currently discounted at Best Buy as part of the retailer's deal of the day promo. Currently, players can pick up Immortals Fenyx Rising for $39.99, which is $20 off its original price of $59.99. It is worth noting that this price applies to all console versions of the game, including the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Shortly after its release, Immortals Fenyx Rising received mostly positive reviews from critics, thanks to its fun and action-filled gameplay, set in a vast open-world environment that offers players plenty of exploration opportunities. Additionally, Immortal Fenyx Rising received tremendous praise for its narrative inspired by Greek mythology alongside a combat system that is both challenging and satisfying. Overall, Immortals Fenyx Rising is easily one of the biggest surprises of the year.

As far as what Ubisoft is planning for Immortals Fenyx Rising in the future, the studio revealed last month that players should expect a season pass that will contain three post-launch expansions. These three story-driven DLC stories include A New God, Myths of the Eastern Realm, and The Lost Gods. These DLC expansions will offer new stories, locations, a new playable character, and new combat gameplay. Players who are interested in accessing all future DLCs can now pre-order the Season Pass for $39.99.

Additionally, players that will pre-order the season pass will receive in-game rewards and a bonus quest called When the Road Gets Rocky. According to Ubisoft's content roadmap, the bonus quest will let players resume the role of Fenyx and team up with Hermes on a new adventure. Apart from this new storyline, Ubisoft is also planning tons of future content for Immortals Fenyx Rising, including daily free content, daily and weekly quests, community contests, vault challenges, cosmetics, and many more.

Immortal Fenyx Rising is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
