May 2024 is in full swing, which means a brand-new batch of games from Humble Bundle's Humble Choice subscription service has also arrived. For $11.99, subscribers can claim eight vastly different games for their Steam libraries, which they can then keep forever. The best part is that 5% of each subscription also goes to charity, with this month's Humble Choice supporting Kiss the Ground, which advocates for regenerative agriculture and soil health.

Just like with practically every month this year, Humble Choice subscribers are being treated to a pretty nice collection of games. Action RPG fans can check out Steelrising, those looking for an unique rhythm-based game can take Hi-Fi Rush for a spin, and those that just want to wind down after a long day can relax with Loddlenaut. There are so many games for them to choose from, with some maybe even becoming their new favorite.

Humble Choice Subscribers Can Look Forward to a Pretty Strong Month

All the Games from May 2024's Humble Choice Bundle Explained

  • Amanda the Adventurer
  • Bravery and Greed
  • Hi-Fi Rush
  • King of the Castle
  • Loddlenaut
  • Mediterranea Inferno
  • Steelrising
  • Yakuza: Like a Dragon

The biggest game on offer in this month's Humble Choice is arguably Tango Gameworks' award-winning Hi-Fi Rush. Released last year as an Xbox Game Pass shadow-drop, Hi-Fi Rush combines the thrills of rhythm and action games into a colorful cartoonish world. The gameplay alone makes it a standout, but the characters and world that the studio created are also a treat.

If Hi-Fi Rush does not interest players, then Yakuza: Like a Dragon might. This game puts players in the shoes of a low-ranking yakuza grunt named Ichiban Kasuga as he attempts to take his life back from those that betrayed him. Players will go on an exciting adventure that sees them interact with all sorts of wacky characters, engage in numerous odd jobs, and fight their way through the criminal underworld.

The third headlining game in this month's Humble Choice comes in the form of the Soulslike Steelrising, a dark adventure set during the French Revolution. Players take control of Aegis, a mechanical marvel made to be the queen's bodyguard. It is up to them to stop King Louis XVI's violent automatons and save Paris from his vile influence. Players can expect challenging combat, a beautifully realized dilapidated Paris, and an intriguing alternative history tale -- and hopefully, they are able to stop it from all falling apart.

Those three are just some of the many games that Humble Choice offers this month. Players can also take on the role of an interstellar custodian in Loddlenaut, spruce up game night with the medieval party game King of the Castle, fight their way through the side-scroller Bravery and Greed, test their mettle in the terrifying Amanda the Adventurer, or explore the beautiful story of Mediterranea Inferno. No matter what type of experience players want, Humble Choice seems to have it.

Subscribers Can Also Claim a Few Extra Items This Month

Games are not the only thing Humble Choice is offering, as there are also countless discounts that can be used in the Humble Store. Subscribers can get 80% off games by Meta Publishing and 66% off Saturnalia. Additionally, they can also upgrade their other titles with 40% off Hi-Fi Rush's Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack and 70% off four different Yakuza: Like a Dragon DLCs.

There is so much on offer in this month's Humble Choice, so PC players may want to keep their eye on it. Anyone who is interested has until June 3 to grab these games before the bundle vanishes forever. On June 4, a whole new batch of games will take its place.
