Defend Campaigns are not a mission or two that you must complete. Instead, they are a series of events that all players must complete collectively.
When you access the Galactic Map, you will come across multiple planets with the Defend label. These planets also have two bars: one red and one blue. Players must complete missions and operations on planets to add them to the blue bar, ensuring the Automatons do not get the lead.
