How to Retrieve Lost Items
Enshrouded offers an extremely hard and challenging environment for the players. Survival in these conditions can be precarious, and unfortunately, many players meet their demise. Players can die either from a fatal wound given by the enemies or by falling off a cliff and sometimes even facing off a beast. And when this happens, it will result in losing some of the items from their inventory. Fortunately, players can avoid this pain and recover their lost items via the following steps.
When the player dies from either of the reasons before, the game will generate a Gravestone for the player. This crate will contain all the previous items of the players stored securely, and it will be generated automatically when the player has been killed.
If the players have died multiple times, they'll still be able to regain all the items they've lost in the process.
Players will need to locate their death location first (it is also marked as Tombstone on the map). Tracking down that location, players will find a crate that contains all of their lost items. Loot it to get all the items back.
Dying does not affect the Experience Points of players. All the experience points of the players will remain the same even after their death.
