To have a chance of acquiring Distilled Fear in Diablo 4, heroes must venture into the dungeons. But first, they must have acquired World Tier 4.

How To Get Distilled Fear In Diablo 4

Distilled Fear - Diablo 4

Once they have reached this threshold, they will want to enter Nightmare Dungeons that are at least Tier 30. Upon beating a Tier 30 or higher Nightmare Dungeon, the boss will have a chance to drop a Distilled Fear for the player. Players will need to collect nine of these Distilled Fear if they wish to summon The Beast in the Ice.

After collecting all 9 Distilled Fear, players must collect 250 Sigil Powder. This can be earned from completing Whispers of the Dead and Nightmare Dungeons. Players can also Salvage Nightmare Sigils they do not wish to use, which will net them a small amount of Sigil Powder with each Nightmare Sigil that is salvaged.

How To Use Distilled Fear In Diablo 4

When players have amassed the required resources, they will want to head to the Occultist in town. The Occultist will take these items and craft a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil. To face off against The Beast in the Ice, players must simply use the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil to be teleported to the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Dungeon. This dungeon is located in the Fractured Peaks, near the eastern edge of the Desolate Highlands.

What Does The Beast In The Ice Drop?

The Beast in the Ice has a sizeable loot table and drops many class-based unique items, as well as some that are usable by all classes. The items that The Beast in the Ice can drop are:
