This quote is pretty much why King Viserys chose Rhaenyra as his successor and called her "...the very best of your mother [Aemma Arryn]."House of the Dragon Season 2 Final Trailer opens with Rhaenyra's acknowledgment of the responsibility her father bestowed upon her.
The late King Viserys did not name Rhaenyra as the future Queen on a whim but put thought into it. He knew she was the realm's only hope and that she would hold it together should the threat from the North arise. Like previous kings, Viserys relayed Aegon's Prophecy to Rhaenyra, and like the responsible future Queen, she considered giving up the throne until her son, Lucerys was unjustly assassinated.

The Greens Are Weak According To Daemon
Daemon Targaryen is a haughty figurehead in the realm. He isn't in a position to call the shots, yet every word he says sounds like a boast. Daemon jumps at the idea of striking back at King's Landing and enthusiastically presents his wartime strategy to his wife.
Daemon wants to fly dragons to war and bring the enemy to its knees. He underestimates the Greens and is on-brand with his god complex here.

Alicent Pines For The Lost Friendship
Aemond Targaryen is lean, silver-haired, and the spitting image of his uncle, Daemon. He also mirrors his uncle's personality traits and mannerisms. Both Aemond and Daemon believe they live in a dog-eat-dog world and can be cutthroats if need be.
House of the Dragon's Alicent is best described as a paranoid mother turned belligerent woman. She truly believes Viserys, on his deathbed, supplanted Rhaenyra and wished for Aegon to succeed him. She now finds herself waging a war with her childhood best friend and stepdaughter, Rhaenyra. Alicent is unhappy about her situation. She advises restraint, but her son Aemond thinks she lives in a fool's paradise, refusing to accept the dire situation.

Daemon's Defiance
Rhaenyra and Daemon have rarely ever been on the same page, since the Dance of the Dragons broke out. Daemon feels he is ready to fight battles, while Rhaenyra knows the war between dragons is no joke.
In this particular excerpt from House of the Dragon Season 2 Final Trailer, Rhaenyra asks Daemon whether he respects her as the queen and the ruler. The couple is at loggerheads with one another, as Daemon struggles to answer her question.

On Personal Struggles
The Lord of Harrenhal, and the Master of Whisperers of Aegon II Targaryen, Larys Strong, is the cleverest member of the Greens. He supplies Alicent Hightower with news from the Red Keep and elsewhere, while she satiates him by putting her bare feet up. This power play creates tension in their relationship, but Alicent keeps it going.
Larys fights in ways others cannot. He knows every member of the Red Keep, especially King Aegon II, fight mental battles every day. Aegon did not want to be king but was a different person since he had his first taste of power. Larys speaks via voiceover in House of the Dragon Season 2 Final Trailer as he sees through people. That said, he is no different from any of the Greens in and out of the Keep.
"There Is More Than One Way... To Fight A War." - The White Worm
On Blood And Cheese
Mysaria, also known as the White Worm, is an up-and-coming player of the Dance. She goes from a sex worker to a brothel keeper and Daemon's paramour. She splits ways with the Prince, runs an efficient spy network, and commands an intelligence pool, per House of the Dragon. She rises as the unofficial Mistress of Whisperers to Queen Rhaenyra in lore.
In the upcoming House of the Dragon season, Mysaria will execute Daemon's Blood and Cheese plot, wherein, two assassins will infiltrate the Red Keep to kill a son of the Greens (Prince Jaehaerys) thereby avenging Lucerys Velaryon's death. Daemon orchestrates the plan and Mysaria takes care of the rest.

Rhaenyra States The Obvious
In the closing remarks, Queen Rhaenyra says what everyone already knows and feels about the Dance of the Dragons. She concludes House of the Dragon Season 2 Final Trailer by saying that the war between kin will have no real winners.
Rhaenyra is a hundred percent correct as the Dance of the Dragons' ending is a bit complicated. The war has grave consequences for all, including those who fight it covertly.
