Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged features over 100 vehicles for players to choose from before heading into a race, but not all cars are created equal since each of them has its own unique set of statistics. This does give players a lot of freedom to experiment with different cars to see which best suits their preferred play style, but for anyone who loves blitzing past their opponents and leaving them in the dust, there are luckily plenty of vehicles that have more than enough speed to help them get that sweet victory.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged brings some exciting tracks to the exhilarating racing game, but which of them is the best?

While there are obviously going to be a few downsides that come with this, such as making it a little more difficult to perform a perfect drift, there's no denying just how exhilarating it is to try and maintain a max speed while leading a race. Anyone who considers themselves a bit of a speed demon when it comes to racing games definitely needs to take these vehicles out for a spin. It should be noted that because the speed stats of the fastest cars are so similar, their other stats will therefore also be taken into account since they can still affect how well a vehicle can maintain its speed during a race.

9 Duck N' Roll

Speed: 9/10

Duck N' Roll
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 7/10
  • Handling: 2/10

There's no denying that the Duck N' Roll is pretty ridiculous when it comes to the actual design, with it looking a lot more like a chew toy as opposed to a lightning-fast car, but it's actually incredibly quick, despite being a heavy-duty vehicle. It's definitely no push-over, and this makes it a real threat for modes like Elimination where it can knock other racers off ramps and jumps with ease.

It's definitely nowhere near as flashy as some of the other high-speed cars and bikes, but the Duck N' Roll still boasts moderate stats, even though it is near-impossible to control. If players can look past the bright yellow and red aesthetic, they'll have an extremely quick car on their hands.

8 RD-02

Speed: 9/10

RD-02
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 3/10
  • Handling: 6/10

Definitely one of the most futuristic-looking vehicles in the game, the RD-02 looks like something that fell from outer space, but the weird appearance shouldn't take away from just how incredibly fast it is. It does sacrifice most of its other stats to achieve this though, and once the car reaches full speed, it's a struggle trying to slow it down, which can become a real problem.

Not all Grand Theft Auto vehicles are easy to find; here are some of the rarest ones players may never see.

This can make the RD-02 very situational, as while it excels on straight runways that make appearances on tracks like the Arcade, it can have a difficult time on others that are a little more drift-reliant. It's very much a double-edged sword that players need to choose with great caution.

7 Exotique

Speed: 9/10

Exotique
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 5/10
  • Handling: 6/10

Exotique is a jack-of-all-trades car that really doesn't falter in any specific area, though it is extremely lightweight, which doesn't help its case for winning a fierce match of Elimination. For regular races though, and even Time Attacks, the Exotique is incredibly reliable and fast enough to eclipse its competition without breaking a sweat.

It also has plenty of Boosts to utilize during a race which helps to take full advantage of large jumps which are very common in this game. Opinions might differ on the design, but there's no denying just how efficient the Exotique is in practice.

6 Street Wiener

Speed: 9/10

Street Wiener Car
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 6/10
  • Handling: 6/10

Another car that looks like some sort of April Fool's joke, the Street Wiener may have a pretty weird and creative design but looks can be deceiving as it's actually astonishingly fast and is very balanced overall. It's a Legendary car which does mean players are going to need to grind out a few races before acquiring it, but it's well worth it if they can get on board with its quirky appearance.

The Street Wiener has the potential to embarrass all of its fellow racers in more ways than one, especially since its extra Boosts can also help give it that final dose of adrenaline to reach the finish line in the first place.

5 Audi R8 Spyder

Speed: 9/10

Audi R8 Spyder
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 7/10
  • Handling: 6/10

The Audi R8 Spyder doesn't exactly look like a car that's designed to drive fast, but it's incredibly quick and is capable of easily catching up to other racers if it ever struggles at a hard turn or corner. It's actually a lot easier to drift with this car compared to a lot of high-speed vehicles in the game, but it can also be thrown around quite easily due to how lightweight it is.

The Best Arcade Racing Games

While sims are great, arcade racers can be really cathartic. Here are the best arcade racing games.

So long as players can avoid bumping into any monster trucks, they'll easily glide around a track without needing to worry about falling behind. The sheen-glossy blue design of this Audi Spyder also helps to make the car feel unique, and it's hard to say no to a vehicle that already has amazing stats but also comes with 3 extra Boost to take advantage of during a race.

4 Bad To The Blade

Speed: 9/10

Bad to the Blade
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 5/10
  • Handling: 7/10

Despite being incredibly fast, this flashy black rocket car only possesses 2 Boosts as opposed to 3 which does let it down slightly. Still, this is a very small downside to an otherwise amazing car that boasts some of the highest stats of any vehicle in the game. The moderate handling also makes it somewhat viable for Time Attack and Waypoints, which always helps to earn some extra cash and achievements.

Bad to the Blade is capable of completing a lap in mere seconds once it gets going in a race, but in all honesty, it will really perform well in just about any game mode that it's placed in.

3 Sol-Aire CX4

Speed: 9/10

Sol-Aire CX4
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 5/10
  • Handling: 7/10

The Sol-Aire CX4 actually has the exact same stats as 24 Ours, so the only difference of note is their appearance, though it's hard to deny just how stylish this car is, especially with the dark purple color palette, which gives it a very retro and nostalgic aesthetic. It's also surprisingly easy to control, despite how fast it is, and it's still heavy enough to hold its own when things get a bit rowdy in Elimination.

On top of that, it can even prove to be effective with Drift Master, which is always a huge bonus. After getting used to the slightly awkward braking and movements of the Sol-Aire CX4, players will be able to navigate any track in the game with ease.

2 24 Ours

Speed: 9/10

24 Ours
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 5/10
  • Handling: 7/10

It's shocking that the 24 Ours is only classed as a Rare car considering just how immensely fast it is, to the point where it almost feels unfair to even choose it. It's definitely not the easiest car to control, but that doesn't really matter when it's capable of finishing a race in no more than a few seconds. It's certainly not shy about boasting its speed either, with the bright yellow flames and shiny chrome base giving it an extremely menacing look.

It might be ridiculously fast already, but when the 24 Ours manages to activate the Boost during a race, it's capable of soaring past its competition with no trouble at all, especially thanks to the fantastic amount of acceleration that helps make up for any accidents. Anyone looking for an over-the-top vehicle that will easily put its fellow racers to shame definitely needs to consider the incredible 24 Ours.

1 2020 Koenigsegg Jesko

Speed: 9/10

2020 Koenigsegg Jesko
  • Acceleration: 9/10
  • Braking Power: 9/10
  • Handling: 6/10

The 2020 Koenigsegg Jesko is, without a doubt, the fastest and best overall vehicle in the game by quite a large margin. The handling might be a little lower than everything else, but this is probably for the best to avoid the car from being too overpowered. Pair this with plenty of Boost potential, and it makes this an absolutely devastating car to pick out.

The design is also very similar to the real-life counterpart which has the perfect mixture of a formal and supercar design scheme. Once the Koenigsegg Jesko reaches its peak in regard to speed, there really is no hope of catching up to it without playing dirty.
