Ever since Horizon Forbidden West launched earlier this year, there have been plenty of people in the gaming community that have enjoyed what the latest Guerrilla Games title has to offer. Some fans have even decided to show their appreciation by making things that are found inside Horizon Forbidden West in the real world.

The newest chapter in the adventures of Aloy launched just over a month ago and the reviews for Horizon Forbidden West have been overwhelmingly positive. The game continues the story from 2017's Horizon Zero Dawn, which sees the franchise's protagonist try to make her way through a post-apocalyptic wasteland that is dominated by robotic creatures that are made to look and behave like animals or even dinosaurs. One of those creatures, the Clawstrider, is well known and well-loved by fans of the series, and now one Reddit user is showing off just how much they like the games and the villainous bots.

Reddit user legofolk posted several pictures of their LEGO version of the Clawstrider, explaining that they managed to build the creature using an assortment of LEGOs since there is no actual Horizon Forbidden West sets at the moment. The pictures showed the Clawstrider build standing still, and then apparently running. There was also one snap that showed a LEGO figure version of Aloy who was pictured holding her famous staff weapon, riding atop the machine-animal. Of course, because the two are usually enemies, there were also some pictures of the duo doing battle.

After posting the pictures, several other Horizon Forbidden West fans made it clear that they had thought about doing something similar. One Reddit user said they had been wanting to make another creature from the game known as a Thunderjaw. However, that particular bot is quite large and they said that it would have cost an arm and a leg to make that kind of creation.

Others were definitely impressed that legofolk had managed to make something that looked so much like the Clawstrider and also found that Aloy looked like she was rather well-made. That was explained away by the fact that there isn't an Aloy figure from any sort of Horizon Forbidden West set. Because of that, they had to get the next best-looking thing and that appeared to be a LEGO Ninjago figure. Whatever they had to do in order to recreate the creature, it seems as if it worked out quite well.

Horizon Forbidden West is available now for PS4 and PS5.
