After investigating the ruins of Londra's old company, Aloy and Seyka head to the coordinates where Seyka's people might be. The story starts to pick up even more during the third main quest for the Burning Shores DLC. In this quest, Horizon Forbidden West players will learn more about what Londra is planning while also acquiring a brand new, very powerful weapon in the process.

While there are no door codes to figure out in this next mission, Horizon Forbidden West players still have a series of obstacles and challenges to overcome. This walkthrough will show players how to complete the third main quest of Burning Shores, 'The Stars in Their Eyes'.

This walkthrough contains spoilers, so players should proceed with caution.

Meet With Seyka

The first step of this quest is to go back to Fleet's End and find Seyka. Upon talking to her, a cutscene will play. Seyka's fellow crew mates are unhappy with her and want her cast out, but all she wants to do is find her sister and the rest of her people that are missing.

Go to the Coordinates

Instead of flying to the coordinates, players will instead get to enjoy a nice boat ride as Seyka uses her skiff to go to where her people might be. There is nothing to do during this part other than just wait for the skiff to reach the destination.

How to Get Past the Barrier

After arriving at the coordinates, players will discover an entrance to a cave. A barrier blocks the entrance, however. After a brief cutscene, the quest will update and players will have to find the two generators providing power to the barrier. There is no order that the generators need to be destroyed in, but the northern generator is closer than the southern generator.

Each generator is guarded by machines, so dealing with them first is recommended. To deactivate a generator, hold down R2 to override it. Aloy's tech isn't sufficient to do the job, but Seyka shooting an arrow into it destroys the generator. Repeat this process for the second generator, and the barrier will disappear.

Explore the Compound

Return to the entrance of the cave and go inside to reach the compound. There, Seyka's people don't seem like they are being held against their will. Approach Brenik, who is standing next to the door, and this will trigger a cutscene. With some quick thinking (and a lie), Aloy and Seyka manage to make it into the next area.

While it isn't a specific objective for this quest, players may explore this new area and listen to all the pre-recorded holograms where Londra gleefully talks all about himself and his ambitions. When ready, approach Brenik on the other end of the room. He will not allow players to go any further until they find the Words of Attainment.

How to Find the Words of Attainment

In order to find the Words of Attainment, look for a woman with an exclamation point over her head in the room with all the Londra posters and displays. Her name is Kiral, and a cutscene is triggered upon talking to her. Players do not need to make any decisions or do anything. After Aloy makes a very persuasive case, Kiral agrees to tell them the Words of Attainment so that they can enter the Ascension Hall.

Don't worry about remembering or writing down the Words of Attainment. Aloy will remember recite them when the time comes.

Next, go back and talk to Brenik. This triggers another cutscene, and he will allow Aloy and Seyka to pass. Enter the Ascension Hall, and move toward the Zenith ship in the background. Scan the ship to learn more about what Londra is planning. After a brief cutscene, Aloy and Seyka will come under attack by Londra's followers who have quickly realized that they have been deceived.

How to Disable the Lockdown

While Zeth fires at players, they will need to find a way to lift the lockdown and escape. There are three generators scattered across the area that can be overridden by Aloy. Only one is accessible at first. But once one generator is overridden, more doors will open with reinforcements and players will gain access to more generators.

When the lockdown lifts, players will be free to go up toward Zeth. He uses a Zenith weapon called the Specter Gauntlet. Dodge his attacks and kill him to progress the quest and trigger another cutscene. When the cutscene is over, grab the Specter Gauntlet and proceed toward the exit of the compound. This ends the third main quest, and the fourth one will begin immediately.
