Version 1.1 of Honkai: Star Rail comes with a useful quality-of-life change that will improve the user experience when farming for some materials. Similar to Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail fans need to spend a lot of time farming for materials to improve their characters and their abilities.

There are a bunch of different ways for gamers to upgrade their party members, with each character requiring some different sets of materials depending upon their damage type and Path in Honkai: Star Rail. The farming process is fairly straightforward, as fans have a clear idea of where and how to collect these resources. Honkai: Star Rail has just received a major update that makes collecting one of these resources more user-friendly.

A Reddit user named ShakuSwag has shared an image with this change, stating that enemies near the Bud of Harmony Calyx in Honkai: Star Rail are now turned around. Previously, these enemies could see fans whenever they came to this area, allowing them to ambush gamers not expecting an attack. Now, users will not get interrupted when they are farming for materials at this Calyx, and it’ll be interesting to see if players can discover any more secret changes made in Version 1.1 of Honkai: Star Rail.

As the name suggests, the Bud of Harmony lets players collect materials for characters following the Path of Harmony in Honkai: Star Rail. So, this was useful in upgrading the Light Cones and Traces of characters like the five-star unit Bronya, along with Tingyun and Asta. It’s a small, but meaningful change, that will improve the overall user experience of gamers wanting to upgrade these characters.

Version 1.1 of Honkai: Star Rail comes with a bunch of other changes and new content, including a new five-star character named Silver Wolf. She deals Quantum damage in Honkai: Star Rail and follows the Path of Nihility, a class that specializes in debuffing enemies. Silver Wolf offers some pretty useful abilities in Honkai: Star Rail, such as making a specific enemy weak to an ally’s attack type.

Fans should note that they can get free Stellar Jades in Honkai: Star Rail, as compensation for server maintenance, simply by logging into the game after finishing the update process. Players can also get additional in-game items by redeeming a couple of new Honkai: Star Rail codes, giving them even more Stellar Jades along with some credits.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available on Mobile and PC. A PlayStation version is in development.
