While HoYoverse has yet to reveal any information about Version 1.3's playable characters, leaks have already given players an idea of how Imbibitor Lunae will play. The Dan Heng alt is rumored to be introduced as a "Story" character in Version 1.2, similar to Luocha's unplayable preview during Version 1.0. Leaks relating to the character's kit have suggested Imbibitor Lunae will boast a unique mechanic with his Skill, casting the ability multiple times to provide enhanced Normal Attacks. Few details have surfaced about how Fu Xuan will play within Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai: Star Rail fans looking to save up for either of Version 1.3's characters will look to have plenty of opportunities to stock up on gacha pulls. Version 1.1 brought with it multiple events featuring a significant sum of Stellar Jades as rewards between the management mini-game and Silver Wolf event. The update also introduced a login reward campaign providing Star Rail Special Passes that is rumored to be returning during Version 1.2. Honkai: Star Rail's new roster additions look poised to help the game maintain its strong early start.

Honkai: Star Rail is available now for PC and mobile devices with a PS5 version releasing in Q4 2023.
