New Honkai: Star Rail leaked footage shows the gameplay of two of the game's most anticipated characters. This new leaked footage features the tutorial character Kafka and the second form of Dan Heng also known as Imbibitor Lunae.Honkai: Star Rail's main draw has been its characters. A lot of them have helped players battle their way through countless combat challenges while carrying themselves through their memorable personalities. One of the most stylish characters is the Stellaron Hunter Kafka, who made her appearance during the game's tutorial. This character allowed players to experience Honkai: Star Rail's turn-based combat and floored players with her Ultimate. Another one of the characters that caught player's attention was the early companion of the Trailblazer, Dan Heng. This 4-star character will have a second form in which he will stay true to his original identity as the Holder of the Light Clan, with the most iconic feature being the horns that appear on his head.RELATED: Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.1 Introduces Helpful New ToolsBoth characters have been revealed to come to Honkai: Star Rail in the future, but little was known about their gameplay features. That is until recently, as new leaked footage shows the two characters in action as they showcase their gameplay abilities. Something worth noting about Kafka's footage is that some aspects of her gameplay are different from her original iteration in the game's tutorial, namely the attack animations. Meanwhile, the Imbibitor Lunae gameplay still shows some unfinished traits such as the companion dragon that appears beside him constantly flickering at points.

If the footage is anything to go by, both characters don't hold back with their powerful blows dealt to the enemy team. Imbibitor Lunae is stated to be a Path of Destruction character that deals Imaginary DMG with a focus on Single Target attacks. Alternatively, Kafka has been confirmed to be a powerful Path of Nihility character who can deal AoE damage with DoT effects.

With how Honkai: Star Rail's meta has evolved over the course of the game's short lifespan, it will be interesting to see how these two characters will work alongside other units that have been carrying the game such as Bronya and Seele. While the kits for both characters have been leaked in the past, their appearance in Event Warps has yet to be confirmed by HoYoverse. As such, it's still a good time to gather some Stellar Jades as they could appear at any moment.

Honkai: Star Rail is available now for PC and mobile devices. PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.
