A recent Honkai: Star Rail leak has given some details about Firefly's skill set, revealing how her technique works. Firefly is a mysterious character that appeared during an official livestream and several Trailblaze missions, which suggests she will eventually become playable. Honkai: Star Rail players barely know about the interstellar refugee, as the developers haven't introduced her yet.

Honkai: Star Rail players are waiting for version 2.1, which will give out a number of free pulls and rewards for the RPG's first anniversary. As confirmed by the HoYo team, the flagship event of 2.1 is Vignettes in a Cup, in which Trailblazers will take the role of a bartender and craft drinks. Upon activating her Technique, Firefly enters a combat state, during which she dodges all incoming attacks and can't be spotted by enemies. Moreover, the character immediately attacks nearby enemies in an area after exiting this combat state. It's certain that Firefly's technique makes her invulnerable for some time.

During a Trailblaze mission, Honkai: Star Rail's Firefly admits to having a medical condition called Entropy Loss Syndrome, which makes the character slower in her actions. She also claims her hometown was destroyed by an intergalactic army. It sounds like Firefly has an emotional story, which revolves around some painful moments in her life.

What to Expect from Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.1

Honkai: Star Rail heads toward version 2.1, which will mark the debut of Acheron, the newest five-star character that hails from the Nihility path. According to the information obtained from the HoYo team, Acheron fits into the DPS role and inflicts debuffs on enemies. Using her ultimate, she deals AoE Lightning damage while ignoring enemy weaknesses. Furthermore, Honkai: Star Rail's Acheron gets an additional damage bonus when there are two Nihility characters in her team.

Besides Acheron, Honkai: Star Rail's update 2.1 will officially introduce Gallagher and Aventurine to the playable cast. Gallagher is described as an aggressive support who can heal allies and deal massive Fire damage. Aventurine, on the other hand, fits into the role of tanky support thanks to his defensive abilities. Both characters will be available to claim in the first part of version 2.1.
