Topaz is a unique character in Honkai: Star Rail that’s always seen hanging out with her Warp Trotter, Numby. Topaz is the leader of the Special Debts Picket Team and is responsible for “debt retrieval” according to the game.
It appears that Numby in Honkai: Star Rail also plays a huge role in Topaz’s debt-collecting process as the Warp Trotter can easily smell the rich from miles away. Leveling up Topaz and Numby requires a variety of materials and Credits not to mention the number of times players need to defeat certain bosses.
