Honkai: Star Rail will be giving out double Planar Ornaments for a limited time. Version 1.1 so far has treated players to events where they could hunt down Silver Wolf's graffiti, manage the Everwinter City Museum, and become a lab assistant. All these have allowed them to farm Stellar Jades and upgrade materials.

Similar to other HoYoverse titles, Honkai: Star Rail characters have gear called Relics that buff up their stats, including headwear or eyewear, body armor, boots, and gloves or bracelets. Players can also acquire Planar Ornaments in the Simulated Universe, which consist of a Planar Sphere and Link Rope can increase characters' stats and buff their abilities.

While many players have found the Simulated Universe to be challenging as they progress, Honkai: Star Rail made sure that they could get double Planar Ornaments during the limited-time event "Planar Fissure." According to the HoYoLab blog, the event will increase the amount of Planar Ornaments that could be collected from the immersion device. There will be a limited number of daily double reward opportunities per day, and players could check them via the Planar Fissure event page. The event will run from June 23 (4am server time) to June 28 (3:59am server time).

Many Honkai: Star Rail players online expressed their excitement for the Planar Fissure event, pointing out that they could efficiently farm better Planar Ornaments in the Simulated Universe. Some also provided tips to fellow players who were having trouble clearing Simulated Universe worlds, so they could get the most out of the double drop rate.

The Planar Fissure event will be most beneficial for many players who are making strong character builds for their teams. What players usually do is to give characters specific Planar Ornaments that match their abilities and combat styles. This would also be useful for new characters, like the upcoming five-star Abundance character Luocha.

Honkai: Star Rail has so far received rave reviews for its limited-time events, especially with the Everwinter City Museum Event. Many players liked that they were both immersive and sometimes easy to accomplish. But the best part for them would be how generous Star Rail was when it came to offering Stellar Jades as prizes, which made it easier for players to save for gacha pulls. While Planar Fissure might not focus on giving players Stellar Jades, they would most likely still appreciate the strong Relics they could collect.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available on Android, iOS, and PC. A PlayStation version is in development.
