HoYoverse has officially announced upcoming four-star Honkai: Star Rail character Lynx, and players in the community are eagerly awaiting her arrival in a future update. Various Honkai: Star Rail leaks have detailed Lynx's move-set, and HoYoverse has now revealed official information about the character's personality.Honkai: Star Rail is already nearing a total of 30 playable characters with the upcoming launch of Version 1.2, and subsequent updates will add even more characters as the main story continues onward. The recent Version 1.1 update introduced Luocha and Yukong, and Version 1.2 is expected to bring Blade, Luka, and Kafka. Honkai: Star Rail players may summon all of these characters from limited-time Event Warps, which change with each phase of an update. Ahead of the Version 1.2 Special Program live stream, HoYoverse has already begun to announce characters for Version 1.3.RELATED: Honkai: Star Rail Announces Fu XuanHoYoverse's official Honkai: Star Rail Twitter account officially revealed Lynx, the youngest daughter of the Landau family and an upcoming four-star character arriving in Version 1.3. Lynx is described as "one of Belobog's best extreme environments explorers," and she's highly capable despite having a lack of motivation at times. She's also introverted and would avoid conversations if she deems it to be unnecessary. Moreover, Honkai: Star Rail's official character artwork for Lynx also reveals her to be a Quantum character that follows the Path of Abundance. Lynx's English voice actor is Risa Mei, who's also the current voice actor for Sangonomiya Kokomi from Genshin Impact.

Honkai: Star Rail players on social media are pleased with the reveal of Lynx, and some believe she will be a very useful Quantum healer in potential Version 1.3 team comps. Lynx will be available alongside five-star Quantum character Fu Xuan in Version 1.3. New banners and an exact release date for the new update have not been revealed yet by HoYoverse, however.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 is expected to release sometime near the end of August 2023, so players only need to wait another month before more details about Lynx are revealed.

HoYoverse will host the Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2 Special Program on July 8 to highlight the game's upcoming characters and content. Although Lynx will most likely not make an appearance in the live stream, Honkai: Star Rail fans may look forward to new content reveals and promo codes.

Honkai: Star Rail is available now for Android, iOS, and PC. A PlayStation 5 version launches in Q4 2023.
