There are still a few months to wait before Hogwarts Legacy transports players into the Wizarding World of the late 1800's, but in the meantime players can now view the full list of all 46 achievements/trophies for the game. The list appeared on the Epic Games Store and is quickly making its rounds through the internet, as it reveals a great deal about what players can expect from the game. Most notably, it shows that getting the coveted platinum trophy will not be a cakewalk by any means, as players will need to be very thorough in their exploration of both Hogwarts and the vast world around it.

For players wanting to claim 100% completion and the platinum trophy for Hogwarts Legacy, all 46 trophies/achievements must be attained. This is no small feat, as many of the trophies seem like they will take quite a long time. It should also be said that these achievements are taken from the Epic Games Store, so some things are likely to change for the console release.

As usual, there are several achievements that appear to be related to scripted story events. Players will be able to earn these simply by playing through the game's main story. Some of the more difficult ones require players to go out of their way, however. There are several completionist achievements that require players to completely explore certain aspects of the game. Examples of this include complete every side quest, breed every type of Hogwarts Legacy's fantastic beasts, and brew every type of potion.

Whether players are looking forward to forming relationships with characters like Natsai Onai and Poppy Sweeting or are most excited to do things like explore Cairn Dungeons and complete Merlin Trials, it seems like there will be a little something for everyone in Hogwarts Legacy. Notably, there are no achievements related to difficulty, so it seems as though players will be able to get the platinum trophy regardless of what difficulty they choose to play on. That said, there is a separate achievement for finding the "Map Chamber" as a member of each of Hogwarts' four houses, meaning players may have to make four separate characters, get sorted into each of the four Hogwarts houses, and then find the Map Chamber before they can claim the platinum for their own. This is just speculation, though, as all of these trophies will surely make more sense once the game is out and players have gotten their hands on it.

Hogwarts Legacy releases on February 10, 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X with a Switch version also in development.
