Rockstar Game's sequel to their highly-beloved Red Dead Redemption came with over 35 hours of engaging playing time. The game was jam-packed with main storylines, side quests, treasure hunts, hunting and fishing quests, and more. Players were given so many quests and activities to partake in, it's no surprise that some hilarious, spooky, and entertaining plotlines remained hidden to a lot of gamers.

Some of the best storylines might have slipped under most fans noses, calling for a replay of Red Dead Redemption 2 to find them the second time around. Here are 1o of the best-hidden plotlines that can be found throughout the game.

10 "A Bright Bouncing Boy" Sidequest

This quest pops up in chapter 4 and introduces Marko Dragic, an "evil" scientist who is creating a robot that runs solely on electricity and radio waves. The protagonist first runs into Dragic in Saint Denis, where he'll be asked to sail a remote-controlled boat across a booby-trapped pond.

Following this demonstration, the player can visit Dragic's laboratory and complete the quest by setting up three metal rods out in a lightning storm. The robot will come to life for only a moment before collapsing. Revisiting the lab a few days later, the protagonist can find a gruesome scene that wraps up the classic Frankenstein story.

9 "He's British, Of Course" Sidequest

This quirky quest, northwest of Saint Denis, involves the player tracking down a variety of exotic animals that have escaped from a traveling circus show. The employee of the circus gives interesting information about the various animals that have escaped, including a zebra, a tiger, and a lion.

The protagonist must then track down the escaped animals and return them to their cages. However, the exotic animals are not exactly what they appear to be! This quest is full of funny banter, confusion, and plot twists that cannot be overlooked.

8 Freeing The Enslaved In Saint Denis

There are so many mini plotlines that run throughout the game, some are very easily able to slip through the cracks without being found. Meeting with a monk in Saint Denis, Arthur will be told that there are potentially slaves being held in the back of a local store.

As slavery is illegal, Arthur can choose to prove his honor and bust into the store to do the right thing, freeing the enslaved and catching the guilty shopowner red-handed.

7 Summoning The Vampire

Though Red Dead Redemption 2 is typically realistic when it comes to the historical and physical aspects of the game, there is one ultra-hidden storyline that really brings out the supernatural during the Wild West era.

The protagonist can actually encounter a vampire as it scurries through the city streets in Saint Denis looking for prey. Finding the curious sketches across the city is the first requirement for finding the vampire, which will point to the spot where the bloodsucker will appear after midnight.

6 Gunslinger Missions

Talking to a writer at a Valentine saloon will start off Arthurs' mission to find all five of the best gunslingers in the area. This sidequest storyline results in great rewards, such as good loot from bandits and rare weapons.

Each gunslinger has their own interesting story and background, including Black Belle, Billy Midnight, Flaco Hernandez, Slim Grant, and Emmet Granger. The legendary cowboys and cowgirl are situated all across the map, from the Grizzlies to the Bluewater Marshes. Slim Grant will only be available to find once you take down (or help) the other gunslingers first.

5 Finding A UFO

Arthur can actually go on a hunt to find an unidentified flying object within the game, and it's not something that many players know about. The hunt begins near Emerald Ranch and leads the player to a small shack near New Hanover, where a sermon about aliens is waiting to be discovered.

After finding the final location of where to go by following a series of steps, Arthur will be enchanted by a glowing green UFO that hovers in the sky.

4 "Arcadia For Amateurs" Sidequest

Arthur Morgan comes across wildlife photographer Albert Mason on five different accounts throughout the game. Mason asks for Morgan's help in a variety of animal-related quests that involve the photographer snapping dangerous or unique wildlife photos.

From protecting Mason from wolves to herding up horses for a group shot, Arthur has to put in an unusual amount of effort in order to help the man get his pictures. The series of quests is a refreshing break from the typical shoot-em-up activities throughout the game.

3 "Geology For Beginners" Sidequest

Another unique storyline that will leave players unsettled is the quest given by Francis Sinclair. He asks Arthur to track down 10 different rock carvings across the map and to mail him the locations of each. After Arthur completes this somewhat mundane task, he is given a shocking reveal of who Francis really is.

Once the protagonist returns to the cabin near Strawberry where he first met Mr. Sinclair, he is greeted with not a man, but a woman and her baby, and strangely, the baby looks exactly like Francis. Looking through the documents in the cabin, there is proof that the man is a time traveler and had visited from the future.

2 "The Veteran" Sidequest

Unlike the previous hidden missions, this one doesn't include anything spooky, supernatural, or dark. It's one of the later missions in the game, unlocked in chapter 6, and can be found in the northeast part of the map.

Hamish Sinclair is one of the most calming and tranquil characters in the whole game, providing four heartwarming missions in the overall sidequest. While fighting, hunting, and tracking down horses, the protagonist and Sinclair share memorable and refreshing conversations that humanize the characters and will leave the player with a tear in their eye.

1 The Dark Truth Of The Braithwaites

The Braithwaite and Gray families are huge figures in chapter 3 of the game, with multiple main missions focused on their feuding.

Though a lot of their history and stories are revealed as a part of the core game, there are hidden secrets that the Braithwaites are hiding that would put a chill up anybody's spine. The family is rumored to have another daughter with mental health problems, and Arthur can find her trapped inside a tiny outhouse locked in thick chains.
