While some players will be satisfied with completing Hi-Fi Rush's stages just once, others will undoubtedly want to return to levels to increase their scores, pick up missed collectibles, and more. Fortunately for these fans, it is possible to replay levels in Hi-Fi Rush, though that is not something that can be done straightaway. Indeed, players must first unlock level select, and this guide contains details on exactly how that is done.

Hi-Fi Rush: How to Replay Levels

Players that are interested in replaying levels should focus their efforts on beating Hi-Fi Rush. This endeavor will take around 10 hours on average, and fans will find themselves back in the hideout after the credits roll. It is at that point that players will receive indication that they have unlocked several new gameplay mechanics, one of which is level select.

Once level select has been unlocked, fans can simply interact with the hideout's sofa in order to engage with this new feature. Notably, players can pick their preferred difficulty when using stage select, and they may want to choose Rhythm Master. For the uninitiated, this advanced difficulty mode becomes available upon completion of the game, and indeed there is Hi-Fi Rush achievement that instructs players to beat every level on Rhythm Master.

It is also worth mentioning that all of Chai's partners are available when level select is used to replay stages. This gives players the opportunity to bypass obstacles that they could not overcome on their first playthrough, such as Hi-Fi Rush's fire and breakable walls, and that is a great reason to revisit the game's earliest tracks.

The game's point system serves as another reason for players to engage with the level select feature. Indeed, while there is not an achievement associated with getting every score to S-Rank in Hi-Fi Rush, fans that really want to test their skills could set that as a goal and extend their time with the game considerably.

One final thing to note is that level select and Rhythm Master difficulty are not the only features that players will unlock when they beat the game. More specifically, CNMN gains the ability to customize Chai's appearance, and Korsica has a new timed challenged mode, called the Rhythm Tower, for players to tackle. Fans will also find that extra challenges have appeared on the Wall of Fame, providing additional incentive to return to the Vandelay campus.

Hi-Fi Rush is available for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
