Henry Cavill, who played the title character in one of the highest-rated Netflix series, The Witcher, has made news not only for his amazing performance, but also for his love of Geralt. He enjoyed playing the Witcher Geralt so much that he even kept a souvenir from the set.

The incredibly popular Netflix series, The Witcher, has been on everyone's mind lately. The series was so popular that people have been flooding back to play Witcher 3, and the show has already been signed for a second season. And Henry Cavill seems just as excited to be part of the series as fans are.

In an interview with NME, Cavill said that he had brought the whole Geralt costume home with him after the show wrapped. Although the costume is too difficult to put on alone, Cavill still wanted to make sure that he got to keep this amazing souvenir from his time playing the Witcher. Although the critical reviews of The Witcher were middling, Cavill and fans seem to have really enjoyed their time on the Continent. There's a reason that the show is rated as highly as it is on IMDB.

The fact that Cavill seemed to love his time as the Witcher means that fans of the series will hopefully get to see a lot more of him as Geralt. The series has tons of source material from which to pull even more seasons after the second, and even some side-quests from the game that would make for some interesting episodes. There is so much possible content, The Witcher could have a decade's worth of seasons without running into a lack of source material.

All of this probably means that Witcher fans will have lots of amazing seasons to look forward to in the future. Also, it looks like CD Projekt Red is working on a fourth Witcher video game as well, perhaps to be released in 2021. So there will be lots for Witcher fans in the upcoming years.

The Witcher is available on Netflix now.
