The Man of Steel star once again displayed his love for PC gaming by uploading a sped up video assembling one from scratch with the caption "This kind of material isn't for everyone....viewer direction is advised. You may see a lot of parts that you haven't seen before." This comes at no surprise to fans as Cavill professed his love for PC gaming late last year during as press tour for The Witcher TV series.

Season 2 of The Witcher had already began production earlier this year but had to halt due to Covid-19. Last month it was revealed that production would resume near the end of August with hopes to complete in time for the 2021 release schedule for the new season. The success of the Netflix adaption has seen a resurgence in popularity for the video game series, with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt seeing a residual success in sales after the first season debuted.

In the meantime Cavill's involvement in the DCEU is still up in the air. While he hopes to play Superman for years to come, there is no official announcements as of yet regarding future projects, aside from a re-cut version on Zack Snyder's Justice League, also set to release in 2021.
