Harvestella has a seemingly endless list of things players can do to pass the time. From growing crops and livestock to befriending all the locals, there's no shortage of daily activities. They can choose how they want to prioritize their gameplay, whether their goal is romance or ending the Quietus.
While Harvestella offers players everything a traditional farming sim provides, plus a little of the fantastical, it's got no shortage of secrets. Some of these secrets will take some serious effort to uncover, which means players could miss out if they don't know what they're looking for. These are the secrets players are most likely to have missed.
9 Hidden Cave #1
The first of several hidden caves in the game can be found just outside Lethe Village. Specifically, players will find it to the right of the village and just above Bird's Eye Brae. In this location, they'll find what looks like a path that goes nowhere, but it leads to a hidden cave.
They'll need to use digging holes to uncover the cave. The reward for finding the cave is the recipe for Fall Salmon and Veggie Hotpot.
8 Hidden Cave #2
Southwest of the town of Nemea, there is a hidden cave. Players will find the small route that leads to it just south of Njord Steppe.
Once their Totokaku digs out of the cave, they can enter. Inside, they'll find a chest that contains the Wise Man's Root.
7 Hidden Cave #3
There's an island located near Shatolla Beach that players will have two options for reaching. First, they can fully upgrade their Totokaku so that it can swim; however, due to the cost, this may be out of the question, depending on players' finances. The second option is to use Heine's submarine.
Players will need to start at the beach located to the left of Shatolla and enter the water, moving toward the right. They must pass the first island they come to and stop at the second, which should be below Nemea. The hidden cave is on this island. The reward for finding it is a Conellu Doll.
6 Hidden Cave #4
Located north of Shatolla and to the right, players will find a slope leading to the rivers. At this spot, they'll need to enter the water and swim north. They'll need to pass the Castle of Illusion, Lethe, and Nemea before turning toward the right.
Eventually, they'll come to a small area of land where they'll find a hidden cave. They'll need to be careful, as there is a level 50 FEAR inside this cave. Once they defeat it, they can have the treasures waiting for them: Simple Immaculate Ring and Key Card.
5 Hidden Cave #5
Outside the exit of the Silent Cave, as players are headed toward Holy Capital Argene, they'll find a small path. This path leads below the city and at the end of it is a hidden cave.
Once they dig it open, they can enter and claim the reward. They'll get the recipe for making the Renewed Earth Orb.
4 Hidden Cave #6
Players will need to head to the beach south of Holy Capital Argene. At this point, they will need to enter the ocean. The only way to do this is to have a fully upgraded Totokaku, as there is no other way to cross the water.
There is an island to the right with a hidden cave on it. The reward players will receive for accessing this cave is 4x Sun Stones.
3 The Secret Merchant Of Shatolla
Throughout the game, players will collect Conellu Dolls, which they may not know what to do with if they haven't found the Secret Merchant of Shatolla yet. This merchant trades various rewards for these dolls, making them very valuable once players find him.
The map doesn't make it very clear where this shop is located. Once players are in Shatolla, they'll need to head from the entrance toward the tavern. They'll need to keep walking in that direction until they come to the lighthouse. Nearby, there will be an entrance to a coral cave, where they will find the Secret Merchant.
2 Samurai Secret Job
The Samurai job is one of two secret jobs in Harvestella. To unlock this job, players will need to be at a minimum of Chapter 8 and have fully upgraded their Totokaku so that it can swim. Then they'll need to collect the Old Scabbard from the Castle of Illusion, the Key Card from Hidden Cave #4, and the Broken Katana from the Seraph Memorial Garden.
Once all three items are collected, players will need to locate the mysterious person. After speaking to this person, the job will be unlocked, and the Broken Katana and Old Scabbard will be repaired and offered to players as a reward.
1 Aristotle Secret Job
One of the most time-consuming secrets players will have to work on achieving is unlocking the Aristotle secret job. Because of the work it takes to complete this task, it can be easily missed. The Faeries all want specific orders completed.
Players must complete 60 orders per Faerie to receive their Faerie Stone. 240 orders later, they'll have this secret job unlocked. To complete this task, they'll need to progress to at least Chapter 3 so that all four Faeries are unlocked.
