Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos is another chapter in the farming sim series. Long-time fans of these series have probably noticed several changes from previous iterations, and one of these alterations is the way players upgrade their stamina and bags. In Winds of Anthos, players will need to collect something called Harvest Wisp Fruit from special Wisps around the map. For each additional heart of stamina and each upgrade to every kind of bag, players will need to have three of these rare items.
How to Get Harvest Wisp Fruits in Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos
There is only one way to get Harvest Wisp Fruits to upgrade both the avatar's stamina and bags: finding Power Wisps. These little fairy-like creatures are scattered all over the place, and they look very similar to the other Wisps that give out seeds. But instead of red or blue, these guys wear gold and glow. Unlike their non-Power counterparts, Power Wisps do not respawn daily. Many of these are also on the other side of the water in Winds of Anthos, so players will have to wait for the right season for the water line to fall or freeze to get to them.

Where to Go to Upgrade Stamina and Bag Space in Winds of Anthos
Just north of the town of Providence Village, there is a goddess statue where the blue arrow is on the map above. Interacting with this statue will not only unlock fast travel in Winds of Anthos but also unlock the ability to turn in Harvest Wisp Fruits for upgrades. This will also awaken the Tiny Harvest Goddess and kick-start the plot of the game. There are four total different upgrades, one for stamina and the others for bag expansions.
- Use three Harvest Wisp Fruits to get an additional heart's worth of stamina.
- Use three Harvest Wisp Fruits to add more space to the Food Bag.
- Use three Fruits to expand the Item Bag.
- Use three Fruits to expand the Materials Bag.
