Two Point Hospital may not seem too difficult when players first load it up. The goal is simple: cure as many patients as possible while spending as little money as possible doing so. As the ailments patients experience ramp up, though, so do the costs of curing them. Balancing the money against the goal can be hard enough, but adding in the fact that the patients have needs while in the hospital makes the game fairly challenging.

Two Point Hospital is all about taking care of the patients, but not literally at any cost, as money can be a tricky resource to manage.

With the added constraint of a budget, managing all this while trying to meet the demands from passengers can be tricky.
