343 Industries has confirmed that a new set of cosmetics have been released for Halo Infinite, in celebration of the beginning of Pride Month for 2024. Halo Infinite continues to add a ton of new interesting customization options, and this latest set is available for free.

Many would argue that the customization in Halo Infinite is a series-best. Some prefer the simplicity of Halo 3's customization, while others favor the over-the-top designs seen in recent titles such as Halo 5: Guardians, but Infinite strikes a solid balance with a ton of interesting designs to choose from. Even better, 343 Industries continues to add new armor with each new major Operation, ensuring that it never feels stale to change the appearance of a Spartan.

A talented group of Forge mode creators in Halo Infinite launch a new Battle Royale game mode, in the absence of the real deal.

It was confirmed on Twitter that the new Pride Month set has arrived in Halo Infinite, and is available to grab and equip throughout the month of June. The set aims to celebrate "love, diversity, and inclusion," while "honoring our LGBTQIA+ community and forging a future of unity and acceptance for all." It comes with a few different items, including an armor coating, a nameplate, and a new emblem. The armor coating itself is extremely sleek, giving Halo Infinite's Spartans a new rainbow design. It'll certainly make players stand out on the battlefield, but it looks cool enough that it's worth the lack of camouflage.

Pride Month is always important in the gaming calendar, as plenty of titles find unique ways on a yearly basis to celebrate inclusion. Usually, this comes in the form of cosmetics, as it's an easy way for players to show their support for the LGBTQIA+ community. Halo Infinite celebrates Pride Month yearly, and always has something interesting for players to pick up to mark the occasion. It's great to see studios standing up for what they believe in like this, as there's no doubt that, unfortunately, some in the community will take issue with this.

There's still plenty to come throughout June for Halo Infinite. On June 4, 343 Industries is set to release Operation Tenrai 4 for Halo Infinite, which will add a new 20-tier battle pass, new challenges, and even a new map to the game. Halo Infinite is in a really great place right now, and it has been great to see the game flourish in the years since its rough launch back in 2021.
