Halo Infinite is adding new achievements with the launch of campaign co-op and the mission replay feature later this year. Halo Infinite’s multiplayer component came out in November 2021, but the campaign didn’t launch until the full game’s release on December 8. It received positive reviews upon its release, with a lot of praise being given to the new Grappleshot mechanic.

However, Halo Infinite didn’t launch with campaign co-op and developer 343 Industries promised that it’ll be added to the game at a later date. Co-op is finally coming to the game this November, but it’s lacking a key feature. Local split-screen co-op for the campaign has remained near the top of some users’ demands, and 343 Industries had promised that the feature will return to Halo Infinite after being absent from Halo 5. The developer just recently canceled split-screen co-op for Halo Infinite’s campaign, but users can earn new achievements should they decide to play with a friend online.

343 Industries has announced that it’s adding 24 new achievements to Halo Infinite worth a total of 420 Gamerscore. These achievements are set to launch alongside the release of the Campaign Network Co-Op and Mission Replay features on November 8. 343 Industries confirms that some achievements can be completed during solo play, but others will require players to team up with up to three of their friends. Finally, it mentions that the addition of the Mission Replay feature will make it easier for gamers to earn the addition Gamerscore coming to Halo Infinite this November.

Others are more lenient, as fans can play on any difficulty level to earn them. At the end of the post, 343 Industries mentions that some achievements may start showing up before their scheduled launch date, but players will not be able to complete them until the update comes out on November 8.
