How to Use Cheats in Half-Life
Before players can use cheats in Half-Life, they need to enable the cheats console. It is a simple process and can be done within seconds. To use cheats, open the console first. This can be done by pressing the tilde (~) key on the keyboard. Doing so opens a grey dialogue box, where players can type in the following command to enable cheats: sv_cheats 1.
