Rockstar Games' constant stream of new content for Grand Theft Auto Online continues with the online multiplayer game's latest update. The latest update for GTA Online features the brand new King of the Hill game mode, a 16-player match of mayhem. That's not all, of course. The new GTA Online update also adds a new sportscar, as well as the routine opportunities for increased GTA$ income and discounts. All content should be available on GTA Online right now.

Surprisingly, Rockstar doesn't provide a whole lot of detail about what the new King of the Hill mode is all about. It's simply referenced as a 16-player mode with 2-4 teams wrestling "for royal ascension." Players will be able to choose a weapon and will fight to take the high ground and "assert their dominance." King of the Hill will be playable across 7 different maps, and between now and October 16, playing King of the Hill will reward double GTA$ and RP.

The other highlight of today's GTA Online update is the new Ocelot Jugular Sports car. Some might recall the Ocelot Jugular from the original Grand Theft Auto. The new version is a 4-door version of the car and is likely based off of the real-life Mercedes-Benz 300SL. It's said to have impressive handling and weight, similar to the Felon and Jackal vehicles, with GTA Online players able to purchase the Ocelot Jugular from Legendary Motorsport for a price of $1,225,000.

Other ongoing bonuses include Double GTA$ and RP on all Client Jobs through October 16, double GTA$on Special Cargo Sell Missions, and 40% the Benefactor Terrorbyte and all Special Cargo Warehouses. In other words, GTA Online players should have more than enough opportunity to come out of the weekend with newfound wealth. Unless they buy that new Ocelot Jugular, of course. Then they're going to be broke.

Grand Theft Auto Online also has a couple of cross-promotional events going on, too. To celebrate the announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC, players who link both their Grand Theft Auto 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 games to their Rockstar Social Club account will receive the exclusive "Slaughter Mask" in Red Dead Online. Rockstar is also offering rewards for Twitch Prime subscribers, including a free Master Penthouse and discounts on various other content.

Grand Theft Auto Online is available now on PS4 and Xbox One.
