Grand Theft Auto: Online brings players to update 1.58, The Contract. Introducing a brand-new business, new vehicles, weapons, and returning characters from Grand Theft Auto's story mode.
Players in GTA: Online are tasked with running a Celebrity Solution Agency from Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis, with the familiar canine Chop. This Agency allows players to take on additional jobs, claim a new building to add to the map and partake in a story expansion involving Dr. Dre and see what Franklin has been up to since the finale of Grand Theft Auto 5.
Which Property Should Players Buy?
The agencies don’t exactly come cheap, and each one has a unique location. Players will want to carefully consider where to spend their GTA money, and we’ve compiled all four locations with their pros and cons.
There's a lot of content for new and returning players, and two ways that players can go through with purchasing an agency. The first is to open up the in-game phone and load up the internet app. From there, click Money & Services, and then Dynasty 8 Executive and filter for Agencies.
Each Agency comes with a 20-car garage, making each purchase worth it alone. On top of this, for an extra cost, players can decorate the agencies with unique styles of art, wallpapers, highlights, an armory, accommodation, and a vehicle workshop.
Little Seoul Agency

Located in Little Seoul, West Los Santos, players can buy this agency at a starting price of $2,010,000. It is the cheapest agency on Dynasty 8 Executive, making it the most cost-effective option, but at the sacrifice of location.
Most locations of other player-owned properties or San Andreas landmarks are within a reasonable distance, and a few minutes drive depending on the vehicle being used. If players are looking to experience what The Contract DLC has to offer, in both its story and missions, then they should go for the Little Seoul Agency since it is the best option regarding affordability.
Rockford Hills Agency

From Rockford Hills in North Los Santos comes the Rockford Hills Agency for $2,415,000. It’s noticeably pricer than the cheapest agency, Little Seoul, but it does not go without benefit. For the extra price, players are closer to the more pricey properties, like the CEO Offices, and high-end apartments.
Rockford Hills doesn’t offer much over the cheaper alternatives, and for the sake of an extra few seconds behind the wheel, it is recommended to give Rockford Hills Agency a miss, since it's not like it turns Los Santos into a ghost town.
Hawick Agency

Coming in at the most expensive is the Hawick Agency, located in Hawick, North Los Santos. This agency is priced at $2,830,000, a whopping increase from the other three agency properties.
What makes the Hawick Agency stand out, is it is spread further out than the other three. The other three agencies are bundled in the same area, whereas the agency in Hawick is further Northeast. What makes Hawick the best agency is a mix of stature and location.
Owning this agency is a show of cash, and is a way for players to gloat on their wealth by splashing an additional $800,000 from the cheapest agency. Its location is more centered around other locations, like biker and drug businesses, as well as hangers and facilities, since it is close to the highway that will take players to the desert. Across the road is also The Diamond Casino & Resort, allowing players to gamble their cash in a multitude of ways.
The Hawick Agency is the best location based on its high-end status and price, but the price can only be justified by the in-game wealth of the player.
Vespucci Canals Agency

In West Los Santos, Vespucci Canals, players will find this agency at the starting price of $2,145,000. For the extra $100,000 it is most certainly worth the additional cost, due to the advantages. This agency is closer to popular player properties like the Maze Bank West Office and the cheapest heist-ready apartment, Del Perro Heights, Apt 20. This makes traveling between properties easier and less time-consuming.
Vespucci Canals is the closest location to Vespucci Beach, and the Vespucci Helipad, meaning you have many ways to get around from this location. To the beach riddled with Super Yachts and Seasharks, or to the helicopter pads where a random helicopter to steal will spawn every time. This is a great location for those who want a little more with the $100,000 increase. This location is most certainly the most cost-effective and productive location.
