Greedfall is the latest game set to be leaving PlayStation Plus Premium on November 15, bringing the total amount of titles being removed from the service on that date up to six. When PlayStation Plus' new tiers were announced, fans were excited at the prospect of getting access to a huge roster of titles, spanning hundreds of games from each iteration of Sony's console. However, like Xbox Game Pass, the games that come with PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra do not stay on the service forever.

Already, fans have seen some popular and classic titles be removed from PlayStation Plus. Recently, the original Red Dead Redemption left PlayStation Plus, essentially making the game unplayable on modern Sony machines. While it may be sad for some to see certain games go, as titles are removed from the service new ones are also added every so often to keep the library on PlayStation Plus fresh.

The latest game that has been announced to be leaving PlayStation Plus is Greedfall. The 2019 RPG will no longer be available to PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers from November 15, joining five other titles that are leaving the service on the same date. Those other games are all three Mafia titles, Ride 4, and MXGP 2021. Greedfall's imminent departure was first reported by PushSquare and noted by Twitter account PS Play, which often gives gamers details on upcoming changes to PS Plus as well as giving details on when is the last chance to play certain titles on the service.

Greedfall was developed by French company Spiders and produced by Focus Home Interactive. Combining fantasy with a historical influence, Greedfall revolves around a mysterious island that is being fought over by numerous invaders as well as its native population. The game received praise for its unique setting, narrative, and artistic design. Previously, Greedfall was available on Xbox Game Pass as well, but it was removed in June of this year.

For those who were subscribed to PlayStation Plus back in 2021, this news might not be so bad, considering the game was given away to users in January of that year. However, for those who didn't manage to grab Greedfall then, they might want to consider playing it while it's still available. If any gamer does miss out on the RPG, Spiders is working on Greedfall 2, and while a release date hasn't been set for that game yet, it is said to be in active development.

GreedFall is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
