One keen-eyed God of War Ragnarok player has found a father-son duo that looks nearly identical to Kratos and Atreus. The game is seeing a spectacular launch as God of War Ragnarok recently broke a franchise record for the biggest UK launch. Naturally, the hype surrounding God of War Ragnarok is growing exponentially as fans go out of their way to pay homage to the latest title. From making God of War paintings of iconic characters and locations to collecting artifacts from the game, fans are showing the love it deserves.

God of War Ragnarok was also a trendy theme during the recently concluded Halloween season, and many fans dressed up as their favorite God of War characters. Imitating Kratos is a challenge for many people due to his hulking and tall body structure, but there are some who manage to pull off a great Kratos impression. Nevertheless, finding a teenage kid who looks like Atreus and a father who resembles Kratos is a rarity. Surprisingly, one God of War Ragnarok fan has done that and discovered a father-son duo that looks nearly identical to Kratos and Atreus.

Reddit user Bonkbonkguy uploaded an image that shows two people, an older man with a beard, a bulky physique, and a bald head, and a younger male person, possibly a teenager. The older person seems to be the spitting image of Kratos due to his physical characteristics and facial appearance, while the younger one looks like Atreus. As it turns out, they are game streamers who go by the name SolidRev and stream regularly on YouTube and Twitch. These two are also father and son, and the former deliberately groomed his beard and shaved his head to honor God of War Ragnarok and the two titular characters.

The father and son duo dressed this way in a recent stream, and Bonkbonkguy took a screenshot. The image initially circulated on various social media channels as a meme to mock God of War Ragnarok's graphics on PS4. However, SolidRev took the memes positively and shared many of them on their Twitter handle. The YouTube and Twitch streamer is among the millions of others who admire the latest creation from Santa Monica Studio.

God of War Ragnarok is the latest entry from the franchise that will cover the end of the Norse era in the series with an event called Ragnarok. Like its predecessor, God of War Ragnarok has received a warm response from fans and critics alike, with most praise coming for the combat, story, and gameplay.

God of War Ragnarok is available now for PS4 and PS5.
