A Genshin Impact fan has shared an interesting concept that features a younger version of the Geo Archon Zhongli. Apart from the two Travelers, Archons are probably the most important characters in the game's storyline as they serve as the main protector of their respective regions.

So far Genshin Impact has featured four different regions which means that just as many Archons have made an in-game appearance. After, Venti, Zhongli, and Raiden Shogun, the ongoing Sumeru art has introduced the Dendro Archon Nahida, also known as Lesser Lord Kusanali.

A Reddit user named -Kouyou- has shared a fan-art featuring a younger Zhongli that gathered 400 upvotes on the official subreddit. The art shows Liyue's Archon Zhongli sitting on the tail of Morax's dragon form. While -Kouyou- did not mention anything about the concept's name, fans already started calling it Smo-li and Zhonglittle. The Geo Archon is also known as the God of Contracts which is kind of ironic considering that the official storyline confirmed that Zhongli is known for mismanaging Mora. The Liyue Archon Quest also revealed that he is over 5000 years old which makes him the by far the oldest Archon in Genshin Impact. He defended Liyue in many great battles including the Archon War or the famous battle against the ancient god known as Osial. He even had to fight his old friend Azhdaha and seal his powers under a tree in Nintianmen.

When it comes to his power on the field, Zhongli is widely regarded as the best Geo character in the game. His potential to be included in almost any team composition cannot be matched by any other Geo user in Genshin Impact. Zhongli's Elemental Skill, Dominus Lapidis, allows him to equip the active character with an extremely powerful shield as well as create a pillar that resonates Geo damage.

Many fans have been complaining about the state of Geo claiming that Zhongli is the only viable character that can use this element in the current meta. Geo's greatest weakness is probably the fact that it can trigger only one elemental reaction named Crystallize which grants a small shield after players collect elemental shards.

The addition of Dendro has introduced tons of new elemental reactions, none of which are related to Geo which made the element even more isolated. Genshin Impact players have been asking HoYoverse to completely rework the way this element works, so it becomes more flexible.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
