Xinyan has been a part of the Genshin Impact roster since version 1.1. But sadly, up until now, the Liyue rockstar has not been getting a chance to enter the current meta. She has an awkward place in the game, where she’s not so good as a shielder and is conditional as the main DPS.

Luckily, Genshin Impact can be completed even if people ignore the meta, so if Travelers like Xinyan, then they shouldn’t hesitate to try and unleash her potential. To perfect this feat, here are some best weapons for Xinyan in Genshin Impact.

Redhorn Stonethresher

Primary Stat: 542 Attack
Secondary Stat: 88.2% Crit Dmg
Effect: Defense is increased by 28%. Normal and Charge Attacks damage are increased by 40% of Defense.

Redhorn Stonethresher is the perfect weapon for Xinyan in Genshin Impact. Since many of her abilities scale with Defense, Redhorn maximizes Xinyan’s performance as the main DPS, especially if she had all six constellations.

The Rockstar's C2 boosts her Elemental Burst to inflict a sure Critical Hit, which makes Redhorn’s whopping 88% Crit Dmg an amazing addition to Xinyan’s stats.

Song of Broken Pines

Primary Stat: 741 Attack
Secondary Stat: 20.7% Physical Dmg
Effect: Increases ATK by 16%, and Normal or Charge stacks Sigil of Whispers. When the character possesses four Sigils, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain 12% Normal Attack speed and 20% more Attack. Once this effect is triggered, the character won't gain Sigils for 20s.

Song of Broken Pines works well with any Physical DPS in Genshin Impact. The Claymore significantly boosts Xinyan’’s Base ATK by 741 while granting her an additional 20% Physical Dmg.

Besides boosting Xinyan’s main DPS capabilities, Song of Broken Pines can also add to her supportive abilities. Once Xinyan collects four Sigils of Whispers, she will buff the whole team's ATK% by 20% and Attack Speed by 12%.

Favonius Greatsword

Primary Stat: 454 Attack
Secondary Stat: 61.3% Energy Recharge%
Effect: Critical hits will generate a small number of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 6s.

Favonius weapons are easily the best type of weapons for any supporting character in Genshin Impact. Their passive effects allow any character wielding them to be a Battery for their team. Favonius Greatsword is no different from the rest of the Favonius family. It helps Xinyan shine as a Support and a Sub-DPS, especially with her C2 unlocked.

Whiteblind

Primary Stat: 510 Attack
Secondary Stat: 51.7% DEF
Effect: Normal or Charge Attacks increase Attack and Defense by 12% for 6s. Max 4 stacks (48% total). Can only occur once every 0.5s.

Whiteblind is a decent F2P choice for Xinyan in Genshin Impact. The weapon increases Xinyan's Defense by 51%, enhancing her shield absorption. Additionally, Whiteblind can also perform well with a main DPS Xinyan, since its passive buffs both her Attack and Defense.
