Ascension material is a crucial commodity to upgrade a character in Genshin Impact. Usually, people would farm the needed resources to upgrade a certain unit immediately after release.
Initially released in Version 1.3, Genshin Impact's Xiao has seen several reruns. Even though many have changed in Genshin Impact, Xiao's ascension materials remain the same.
Leveling Materials
To maximize Xiao's level, people will need the following amount of Mora and EXP:

Xiao's Ascension Items
As an Anemo unit, Xiao requires Vayuda Turquoise stones. As for the boss drop, players have to farm the Genshin Impact 1.3 boss, Primo Geovishap.

Gemstones - Where To Find Vayuda Turquoise
Usually, a character can gain ascension stones from their corresponding Normal Boss. But for Xiao, players have to farm two different bosses because Primo Geovishap in Genshin Impact will not drop Vayuda Turquoise. The best Boss to farm Anemo stones would be Anemo Hypostasis. Meanwhile, other bosses will grant stones of mixed elements. As an alternative, Travelers can utilize Dust of Azoth to transmute the element of their owned ascension stones.

Enemy Drop - Where To Find Slime Drops
- Any level: Slime Condensate
- Level 40 and higher: Slime Secretions
- Level 60 and higher: Slime Concentrate
Slimes can be found all over Teyvat. They're especially abundant around things that have a strong Elemental presence, like the Flaming Flower Stamen.
Boss Drop - How To Get Juvenile Jade
Juvenile Jade is a reward obtained from defeating the Primo Geovishap, a boss in Liyue.
Local Specialty - Where To Find Qingxin
Qingxin in Genshin Impact is mostly found around Huaguang Stone Forest. It can only be found on high grounds/hilltops. As of version 2.6, players can also find a lot of Qingxin around the Chasm's surface area.
Xiao's Talent Materials
Xiao should maximize the level of both his Normal Attack and Elemental Burst. Normal Attack is his main priority, but his Elemental Burst also grants him a damage bonus when Xiao is in his Yaksha state. To upgrade Xiao's talents in Genshin Impact, players will need these resources:

Prosperity books are available on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday in Liyue's talent level-up domain.
Trounce Materials - Shadow Of The Warrior
Shadow of the Warrior is obtainable from Childe's Weekly Boss fight. This domain exists at the Golden House in Liyue.
Xiao's Best Weapon Ascension Materials In Genshin Impact
For Xiao, the best 5-star weapon would be Primordial Jade Winged-Spear. As for the 4-star, players can use Battle Pass's Deathmatch or Paimon Shop's Blackcliff Pole.
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear
5-star weapons are very powerful in Genshin Impact, but they also need a lot more investment than their 4-star counterparts. Players will need over one million Mora and some other things:

Blackcliff Pole
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear (PJWS) requires around 50% more resources compared to 4-star Genshin Impact weapons like Blackcliff Pole. In total, Travelers have to collect:
