Finding Xianyun’s best weapon is an easy task in Genshin Impact. The New Resident in Liyue Harbor is very F2P friendly since all she needs is a Catalyst that boosts her ATK% and/or Energy Recharge. Luckily, most 4-star weapons in Genshin Impact have ATK% or Energy Recharge in their Sub-stats.

7 Eye of Perception
- Primary Stat: 454 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 55.1% ATK
- R5 Effect: Normal and Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a Bolt of Perception, dealing 360% ATK as DMG. This bolt can bounce between opponents a maximum of 4 times. This effect can occur once every 8s.
Xianyun doesn’t get that much benefit from Eye of Perception’s passive. However, the weapon grants her a decent chunk of ATK% that is needed to increase her ability to Support her team. It’s a good last resort if Xianyun doesn’t have any better weapons.
6 Memory of Dust
- Primary Stat: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 49.6% ATK
- R1 Effect: Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
While Xianyun can’t take Memory of Dust’s full ATK% buff, the weapon’s high Base ATK alongside its Sub-stat is still enough to notably increase her ATK%. This is good for improving her healing and the way she enhances her team’s damage.
5 Skyward Atlas
- Primary Stat: 674 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 33.1% ATK
- R1 Effect: Increases Elemental DMG Bonus by 12%. Normal Attack hits have a 50% chance to earn the favor of the clouds. which actively seek out nearby opponents to attack for 15s, dealing 160% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 30s.
If you’re going for the maximum ATK%, Skyward Atlas is a strong choice because of its very high Base ATK and its Secondary Stat that also enhances Xianyun ATK%.
4 Hakushin Ring
- Primary Stat: 565 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 30.6% Energy Recharge
- R5 Effect: After the character equipped with this weapon triggers an Electro elemental reaction, nearby party members of an Elemental Type involved in the elemental reaction receive a 20% Elemental DMG Bonus for their element, lasting 6s. Elemental Bonuses gained in this way cannot be stacked.
Although Hakushin Ring can only be used in specific situations, it’s still considered one of her best options for two main reasons. First, for a 4-star weapon in Genshin Impact, Hakushin Ring grants Xianyun a decent Base ATK to help her scale better with ATK%. It also enhances Xianyun’s Energy Recharge, which is helpful to solve her Energy problems.

High Base ATK, ATK% Sub-stat, and an extra 48% Energy Recharge passive that Xianyun can trigger easily. With Oathsworn Eye, players can fully build Xianyun with ATK%, giving her ATK% on her Timepiece, Goblet, and Circlet.

- R5 Effect: When switching characters, the new character taking the field has their ATK increased by 48% for 10s. This effect can only occur once every 20s.

Since Xianyun is a healer/buffer kind of Support in Genshin Impact, wielding Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers can be super useful in some situations. There’s no doubt that Xianyun will lose a big chunk of ATK%, which will hinder her healing and buff. But, on the other hand, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers will increase the next character’s ATK% by a whopping 48%, fulfilling her role as a buffer in Genshin Impact.
1 Crane's Echoing Call
- Primary Stat: 741 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 16.5% ATK
- R1 Effect: After the equipping character hits an opponent with a Plunging Attack, all nearby party members' Plunging Attacks will deal 28% increased DMG for 20s. When nearby party members hit opponents with Plunging Attacks, they will restore 2.5 Energy to the equipping character. Energy can restored this way every 0.7s. This energy regain effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is not on the field.
Unsurprisingly, Crane's Echoing Call is made specifically for Xianyun. Since she can help her team Plunge attack smoothly, the weapon solves her energy problem by restoring her Energy every time her allies trigger a Plunge attack. Not only that, but Crane's Echoing Call will also buff everyone’s Plunge damage if Xianyun Plunges before switching, which is easy for her considering her Elemental Skill sets her up for an easy Plunge.
