Erinnyes Forest is located east of the Court of Fontaine in Genshin Impact, and it hosts some noticeable landmarks in the area. Three of these landmarks can be visited to complete a quest that involves a rather peculiar Melusine.

However, the quest itself resolves not in the Erinnyes Forest, but rather in the Opera Epiclese area. To understand better, here’s the full walkthrough for The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes quest in Genshin Impact.

To trigger The Wild Fairy Of Erinnyes quest in Genshin Impact, head east from the Marcotte Station Teleport Waypoint and investigate a fountain that has a quest marker on it.

It’ll trigger a mission that prompts players to go to the Foggy Forest, but people can do any of the three locations first if they wish. The three places are:

  • Foggy Forest Path
  • Weeping Willow
  • Loch Urania

After completing the puzzles in the three spots and obtaining the Teardrop Keys, the Within The Depths Of Erinnyes quest will start, which will eventually end the series.

Foggy Forest Path Quest

After arriving at the Foggy Forest Path, players must investigate the nearby structures and reveal the altar's secret in Genshin Impact. Then, find three Harmonious Reed Pipes puzzles to solve. This will unlock the Foggy Forest Key and summon Pahsiv the Melusine.

Wilting Weeping Willow Quest

Head to the Weeping Willow of the Lake, then dive into the water. Find the altar that has another Harmonious Reed Pipes puzzle in Genshin Impact, and there should be a Xenochromatic Ball Octopus trapped in a Fontemer Seagrass cage. Swim up a little and take the Hunter’s Ray ability to cut the Seagrass; make sure to cut all three glowing spots at once by aligning the hit and holding the skill before releasing the attack.

Once the Ball Octopus is freed, destroy the nearby Contaminated Bacterial Mats to release the Dew Bubble required to complete the Harmonious Reed Pipes puzzle. To complete this challenge, simply ensure the bubble hits the one-symbol pipes before the two-symbol pipe. This can be done by placing the bubble nearer to the one-symbol pipes and further from the two-symbol.

Furious Mouth Of The Spring Quest

Mouth of the Spring is located in Loch Urania. Head there and dive into the water to find two batches of Contaminated Bacterial Mats. People can destroy the contamination using the Crab’s ability, which will require them to use the parry feature, just like how players can destroy the Bullet Barnacles in Genshin Impact.

After one side is cleared, use the water current to clear more contaminations on the other side. This will unlock the middle passage which hosts the altar that has the Loch Urania Teardrop Key. Investigate the altar to awaken the Vishap, which forces Travelers to fight the creature. Win the battle and Pahsiv will appear once again.

Within The Depths Of Erinnyes Quest

Once all three Teardrop Keys are obtained, Pahsiv will lead players back to the fountain. Unlock the passage to the underground and follow the quest navigation to eventually reach the root of Erinnyes. Clear the contamination there to complete the quest chain.

After this, Pahsiv can be found in the cave north of Loch Urania, where she’ll also ask for some Foggy Forest Branch in Genshin Impact.
