A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed the gameplay animation for the two upcoming characters, Wanderer and Faruzan. Both characters have been confirmed by HoYoverse's official social media accounts, and they are expected to arrive in the upcoming update 3.3.

Wanderer, previously known as Scaramouche, is currently one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers who plays a massive role in the overall Genshin Impact storyline. On the other hand, there is not a lot of information about Faruzan's story other than that she is a member of the famous Sumeru Akademya who mysteriously disappeared from the region.

A video posted on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit shows the gameplay animation for both of these characters. The gameplay leak confirms previous rumors about the Wanderer who has the ability to float in the air thanks to his Elemental Skill named Hanega: Fushi Kakka. While in this hovering state, his Normal and Charged have increased damage and AoE. In order to move during this state, Wanderer apparently uses a completely different stamina bar that runs on Sky-Dweller Points. Multiple replies in the comment section claim that they love the fact that Wanderer is able to ascend so high in the air which will become very useful for reaching special items like Oculus in the open world.

According to the video, Wanderer's Elemental Burst will cause him to stomp on compressed Anemo energy causing a massive explosion that deals AoE Anemo damage. Previous kit leaks have revealed that if he uses his burst, Wanderer will end his hovering state meaning that this unique ability should probably be used at the end of his Elemental Skill effect. Both of his skills heavily indicated that the Wanderer will be a new Genshin Impact DPS character.

When it comes to his rarity, Wanderer is expected to be a five-star character while Faruzan is rumored to have a lower four-star rarity. While there is a lot of hype around the 6th Harbinger becoming a playable character, players also seem very satisfied with Faruzan's overall kit. Faruzan's Elemental Skill allows her to send out a polyhedron that deals Anemo damage and grants a buff to her next Charged Attack.

According to a couple of players, her Elemental Burst seems much more exciting, and it will most likely be the main part of her kit. Faruzan can create a "Dazzling Polyhedron" that moves in a triangular path dealing Anemo damage to targets underneath and providing a strong Anemo buff. She is expected to be a new Genshin Impact support who can potentially be paired with the Wanderer.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
