A recent Genshin Impact leak has revealed a new description of one of the upcoming outfits that will belong to Sumeru's popular Hydro user Nilou. Even though the playable roster is the game's focal asset, since the characters are HoYoverse's main source of revenue, the developer does not introduce too many new cosmetics.

Genshin Impact's skins usually arrive around their two annual events, the Lantern Rite Festival and the Summer Event. The previous Lantern Rite event added three new outfits for popular Liyue characters Ganyu, Shenhe, and Xingqiu. With Fontaine's main storyline slowly wrapping up, Travelers can expect the new Summer event to arrive in Version 4.8, which should be the last update before Natlan arrives.

A new Genshin Impact 4.7 event leak shows a couple of Fontaine characters such as Furina, Clorinde, and Navia, wearing unusual costumes.

A credible Genshin Impact leaker named hxg_diluc has revealed more details about one of the upcoming skins for Sumeru's famous dancer, Nilou. This Hydro user has been part of the roster since Genshin Impact Version 3.1, and she is still considered an S-tier support for team compositions that rely on the Bloom elemental reaction. According to the leak, Nilou's new skin is described as a "princess costume" with a white color palette. Just like her current outfit, the new skin will have horns, honoring the game's Goddess of Flowers. Nilou won't be the only character to get a new skin, as previous rumors revealed that the four-star Dendro user Kirara will also get a new costume.

If HoYoverse continues their previous pattern of costume releases, Nilou's skin will probably be more expensive and obtainable through the in-game shop, while Kirara's outfit should be handed out for the duration of the limited event in Genshin Impact Version 4.8. The last update before a new major nation arrives usually introduces a smaller region that stays in the game for approximately six weeks until a new update arrives.
