As of Genshin Impact Version 2.0, Travelers are finally able to venture to the far-off land of Inazuma. Exploration is a huge part of Genshin Impact, and so players will be traversing the new landscape to find treasures and solve puzzles hidden throughout the environment. The Inazuma region presents unfamiliar exploration mechanics as well. Players will have to find certain nodes from which to summon Electrograna that make many new things possible, but some functionality is locked behind the player's Electroganum level. This guide will explain how to upgrade Electrogranum level in Genshin Impact.

Players might first encounter the need to upgrade their Electrogranum level after getting to Inazuma in Genshin Impact and then trying to pass through certain Thunder Barriers. These barriers can only be entered when the Traveler is accompanied by an Eletrogranum summoned from a nearby node. The most basic Thunder Barriers are accessible from the moment players arrive in Inazuma. Intermediate and Advanced Thunder Barriers will require a much higher Electrogranum Level and can be differentiated by the seal located at their center (Intermediate have diamonds and Advanced have cherry blossom petals.)

Updated on December 20, 2021, by Scott Vengel: Genshin Impact's Inazuma is still introducing new content, even three updates after its initial release in version 2.0. Now in the latter half of version 2.3, the Geo duo of Arataki Itto and Gorou have just been introduced as playable characters with future rumors about Yun Jin and Shenhe also coming to the surface. Yet, even with so many Geo characters on the way, a lot of fans are also hopeful about both a return to Inazuma and Electro users, with plenty of rumors about Yae Miko, Scaramouche, and others, also increasingly sprouting up. As such, given that a return to Inazuma seems to be incoming, this article will be updated to add more information on one of the most prevalent features for Inazuman and Electro characters alike.

How To Raise Electrogranum Level In Genshin Impact

Travelers will be able to increase their Electrogranum Level by visiting the Grand Narukami Shrine in Inazuma. Players who are following the Sacrificial Offering questline will naturally find their way to this location. While at the Grand Narukami Shrine, the player should interact with the Sacred Sakura. This important object is marked on the map by a tree trunk symbol. Unlike with Geograna and Anemograna, players will need to upgrade their Electrogranum Level to get the full effects of these objects.

The Sacred Sakura is an important religious focus in Inazuma. Travelers who raised their Favor Level with the Sacred Sakura will enjoy numerous rewards, including money and even Acquaint Fates. Perhaps most importantly, reaching certain Favor Levels will increase the player's own Electanum level. To raise Favor Level, players must offer Electro Sigils to the Sacred Sakura.

Electro Sigils can be found by various means while exploring Inazuma. Opening chests, clearing Domains such as the Formation Estate in Inazuma, and offering Electroculi to the Statue of the Seven in Inazuma will all yield Electro Sigils.

Benefits Of Raising Electrogranum Level

For example, reaching Electrogranum level 6 will finally give Travelers the ability to pass through Intermediate Thunder Barriers. Reaching this Electrogranum level requires Favor Level 17 with the Sacred Sakura. A complete Electrogranum level table can be found below.

Electrograna are needed to complete a wide variety of puzzles and quests in Genshin Impact's Inazuma. In order to obtain Electrogranum, players simply need to find a Thunder Sakura Bough located in various locations through Inazuma. Finding these little tree-like bushes will allow players to pass through Thunder Barriers, as well as stop the hazardous effects of Balethunder.
