Genshin Impact fans have noticed an interesting connection between one of the most anticipated characters, Varka, and three playable characters: Eula, Razor, and Rosaria. The game keeps updating its roster with each new version of the game with the Pyro user Dehya and the four-star Cryo user Mika being the most recent additions.

Even though these characters arrived just a couple of days ago, developer HoYoverse already announced two new characters for Genshin Impact update 3.6. One of these characters is the long-awaited Dendro user Baizhu who made his first appearance back during the earliest Liyue quests.

Since the game's first major region arrived back in 2020, players have been waiting to meet a particular character named Varka who is confirmed to be the Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius. This order of knights is currently led by the Acting Grandmaster Jean, who is one of the first characters that players encounter during their journey through the world of Teyvat. According to the game's official storyline, Varka is currently occupied with a very important expedition that takes place outside Mondstadt. Reddit user huflit1997 has noticed an interesting detail about Varka and some of the playable characters. Mondstadt's story arc revealed that during his grandmaster tenure, Varka has helped Eula, Razor, and Rosaria, all of which are known as characters that heavily rely on Physical damage in their kit.

Eula is by far the strongest Physical damage DPS character in Genshin Impact, and she currently holds the record for the highest recorded damage number in the game. The best team composition for Eula is probably the Superconduct party since this elemental reaction lowers the opponents' resistance to Physical damage. This means that she should be surrounded by Electro characters like the Inazuma Archon Raiden Shogun.

Both Razor and Rosaria are also heavily tied to Physical damage. At the time of his release, Razor was considered an S-tier character despite having a four-star rarity. While he's still a viable choice for the DPS role, the releases of more complex characters have slowly pushed him out of Genshin Impact's character meta.

Some comments claim that there is a great chance that Varka's kit also relies on dealing Physical damage and fans hope that he will be a main DPS. It's safe to say that Varka will probably have a five-star rarity due to his importance to the overall storyline. He will most likely make his first appearance in the upcoming Mondstadt expansion which should arrive alongside Fontaine.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
