Many Teleport Waypoints in Genshin Impact's Sumeru can only be unlocked after players go through certain quests, mostly involving Aranara from the Aranyaka book of Genshin Impact. However, one particular Teleport Waypoint exists in the land of Dendro, with no prompt to find it. This is likely the players’ missing 46th Teleport Waypoint in Sumeru.

To unlock this hidden 46th Teleport Waypoint, Genshin Impact players have to go into a hidden cave after finishing a certain quest. Here are the full details.

How To Unlock The Hidden Teleport Waypoint In Sumeru In Genshin Impact

secret cave location in genshin impact

To unlock the hidden Teleport Waypoint in Sumeru, players need to discover a secret cave and activate four Dendro Monuments. To reach it, travel to the Chatrakam Cave Teleport Waypoint and head north. Travelers will eventually face a small waterfall that leads down to an underground cave.

If the cave is blocked by some vines, this is because players must first venture with Araguru in the Agnihotra Sutra questline, which is chapter 4 of the Aranyaka in Genshin Impact.

Follow the stream down to land next to a bunch of Hydro Slimes. Next, keep walking into the cave while clearing the horde of enemies.

At the end of the road, a large room filled with Four-Leaf Sigils will appear. Follow the path of these Sigils to reach the upper floor. Travelers can rest on a nearby branch if they can’t follow all the Sigils at once.

On the top floor, players need to light four Dendro Monuments that are scattered around the area. If it becomes too hard to locate them, it’s always possible to use Elemental Sight.

Most can be easily activated by simply using any Dendro character in Genshin Impact. One Monument, on the other hand, is broken and needs fixing before being activated.

To fix it, equip the Vintage Lyre and play the Rhythm of the Revival. Upon activating all of them, a Common Chest will appear, and the hidden Teleport Waypoint in Sumeru will be unlocked.

This Teleport Waypoint would be Teleport Waypoint number 46 for some players. Opening all 46 Waypoints in Sumeru will grant Travelers the Forest Roamer achievement. This Genshin Impact achievement rewards five Primogems when claimed.

Other than unlocking Teleport Waypoints, people will also get an achievement worth five Primogems for lighting up the entire 3.0 Sumeru map. Other than the Statue of the Sevens available by default, the other two areas are the Vanarana and Old Vanarana.

Vanarana area can be unlocked by doing the first part of the Aranyaka questline in Genshin Impact. Meanwhile, opening the Old Vanarana will take a while as players need to fully finish chapter 2 of the Aranyaka to access it.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
