A Genshin Impact chart shows where the first double banner for update 3.0 that featured Tighnari and Zhongli ranks in the all-time banner revenue list. The game's gacha-based system allows players to acquire a set of limited characters for a short period of time.

The first half of Genshin Impact update 3.0 came to an end which means that players will have the option to spend their Primogems on a new set of characters and weapons. Reddit user TimocaSamJa has shared an interesting image showing that the first Limited Character Banner for update 3.0 took the 11th spot on the list.

Multiple replies in the comment section claim that they were surprised by how well the banner has done considering that it was one week shorter than the usual duration. A big part of the community claims that they have skipped wishing on the banner since Tighnari will be joining the Standard Banner roster after 3.0 ends. According to the post, the banner made $19,068,372, but it should be noted that the data represented in the chart was taken from iOS devices on the Chinese server. A big part of the community has welcomed HoYoverse's decision to put Tighnari on the Standard Banner where he will serve as the main representative for the Dendro element.

Genshin Impact's specific pity system guarantees at least one five-star drop in 90 wishes. However, the drop has a 50% chance to feature a Standard Banner character which means that after acquiring multiple five-stars, players will eventually get the new Dendro bow user. Tighnari is a decent DPS character in Genshin Impact whose damage revolves around his Charged Attack. Even though fans expected his damage numbers to be stronger, HoYoverse probably tried to avoid placing an S-tier DPS character on the Standard Banner.

A couple of comments claim that another reason why they were surprised by the high banner revenue is the fact that the second limited five-star character, Zhongli, is one of the oldest units in the game. He has already made multiple banner appearances which means that a significant part of the player base has already acquired the popular Geo Archon. Developer HoYoverse has already confirmed that the second banner cycle for update 3.0 will feature two popular five-star characters, Ganyu and Sangonomiya Kokomi.

The game's official social media accounts have also revealed that the banner will bring a solid four-star lineup which will include the Electro user Dori, the Anemo support Sucrose, and the Hydro sword character Xingqiu. Dori will be the only new character addition to the banner, and she will apparently be a strong healer with high Energy Recharge potential.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
