As the Sumeru Arc is coming to an end, Genshin Impact concludes the version 3.x updates with a summer event, in a manner that aligns with previous summer events where Klee and other characters embark on a journey in a limited-time explorable region. Unlike previous years, however, players are introduced to a new region, Veluriyam Mirage, instead of the Golden Apple Archipelago. Nonetheless, it is still brimming with entertaining activities to explore.
While certain activities in the Veluriyam Mirage region of Genshin Impact are time-locked and require real-time progression, players can already explore a significant portion of it. By doing so, they can obtain rewards like Primogems and a new costume for Kaeya. Additionally, players can engage in new world quests that contribute to the game's storytelling and lore. One of the world quests available from the first day is "A Starry Night, as Remembered," provided players are able to locate it.
How To Unlock A Starry Night, as Remembered Quest
To unlock this quest, players must first complete the initial part of the main quest of the Secret Summer Paradise Event, titled "An Invitation From Afar!" Which will also ensure that the rail tracks are fully repaired. Once the quest is finished, players will notice a large ring adorned with various colored flowers situated beside the Choo-Choo Cart rail tracks.
The quest marker will not become visible on the map until players are in close proximity. As an optional way to double-check if the quest is available, players can travel to the teleport point at the Silver Bottle Courtyard, where numerous buildings and Water Balls can be found. From there, they can head north towards the separate building. When players approach this area, they will receive an announcement indicating that the tracks have been repaired. This announcement is specifically related to three-time trials organized by Haddo, but it also signifies that the tracks leading to the quest are now accessible.
How To Find A Starry Night, as Remembered Quest
This quest is located in the Desert, where players can also obtain the nearby a Joyeux Voucher and complete a time-trial for additional rewards. To access the quest, players should first reach the Desert. To do so, players will need to head to Overgrown Valley, where they can switch between multiple junctions for the Choo-Choo Cart rail tracks. Here, players will need to change it to the Violet tracks (even though on the map the track looks rather red), which will indicate that the Choo-Choo Cart will now be heading towards the desert. Upon following this long but breathtaking scenery track, players will end up at the location where Jeroney is located, marked with a Quest Marker.
How To Complete A Starry Night, as Remembered Quest
Completing this quest is the most straightforward and simplest aspect of it, as players only need to take a photo of a beautiful starry night and give it to Jeroney after a short dialogue. Players can wait for it to be nighttime (if it is not already) by simply changing the game's time to be between 19:00 and 5:00. After doing so, players can head to the marked location, take a photo, and return to Jeroney to complete the quest. As a reward, players will receive a Precious Chest.
