As a main DPS unit that relies on his Normal Attack, Genshin Impact Scaramouche has a lot of potential. He can provide amazing AoE damage and has a promising capacity for Swirl. The Wanderer can be used as a traditional DPS, or as an Anemo driver for reaction teams.
Since he focuses on throwing his Basic Attacks, Wanderer’s weapon should support this part of his kit. The best weapons for Scaramouche (Wanderer) in Genshin Impact include Catalysts like Tulaytullah’s Remembrance, The Widsith, and some others.
7 Solar Pearl
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 27.6% CRIT Rate
- R5 Effect: Normal Attack hits increase Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG by 40% for 6s. Likewise, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits increase Normal Attack DMG by 40% for 6s.
Solar Pearl is an amazing Genshin Impact weapon for Scaramouche. Unfortunately, players have to spend on the Battle Pass to get one. At maximum refinement, Solar Pearl can grant a 40% DMG Bonus to Elemental Skill, Burst, and Normal Attack. This covers almost everything Scaramouche needs, with Charged Attack being the only exception.
6 Blackcliff Agate
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 55.1% CRIT DMG
- R5 Effect: After defeating an opponent, ATK is increased by 24% for 30s. This effect has a maximum of 3 stacks, and the duration of each stack is independent of the others.
Although Blackcliff’s performance depends on whether the wielder triggers the passive or not, since Scaramouche is a main DPS in Genshin Impact, it should be easier for him to activate Blackcliff Agate’s passive compared to sub-DPS units.
If players managed to gain a full stack on a fully-refined Blackcliff Agate, this weapon can be better than an R5 Widsith. Unfortunately, since this isn’t the case most of the time, Blackcliff Agate has to settle under the gacha Catalyst.
5 Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds
- Primary Stats: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 33.1% CRIT Rate
- Effect: Increases Movement SPD by 10%. When in battle, gain an 8% Elemental DMG Bonus every 4s. Max 4 stacks. Lasts until the character falls or leaves combat.
Lost Prayer usually works as a stat-stick since there aren’t many characters that can fully benefit from its passive, but luckily, Scaramouche can be great with Lost Prayer.
Wanderer likely will only get three stacks before he’s swapped out, but it’s still enough for Lost Prayer to rank high among the best Genshin Impact weapons for Scaramouche.
4 The Widsith
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 55.1% CRIT DMG
- R5 Effect: When a character takes the field, they will gain a random theme song for 10s. This can only occur once every 30s. Recitative: ATK is increased by 120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 96%. Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 480.
The Widsith is an amazing weapon for sub-DPS, but it works great on Scaramouche too. If players hit the right buff, at maximum Refinement, this Genshin Impact Catalyst can outperform 5-star options like Skyward Atlas and Memory of Dust. However, if players are unlucky and get the Interlude buff (+480 Elemental Mastery), then this weapon won’t rank that high.
At lower refinement, The Widsith is still the best 4-star option, but it won’t outperform Skyward Atlas, Memory of Dust, or Lost Prayer. However, it’ll still be toe-to-toe with Kagura’s Verity.
3 Skyward Atlas
- Primary Stats: 674 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 33.1% ATK
- Effect: Increases Elemental DMG Bonus by 12%. Normal Attack hits have a 50% chance to earn the favor of the clouds. Which actively seeks out nearby opponents to attack for 15s, dealing 160% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 30s.
Skyward Atlas is an all-rounder weapon that provides different things. It has a high Base ATK, a sub-stat that grants more ATK, and a passive that gives Elemental DMG Bonus. Since Scaramouche is a main DPS in Genshin Impact, he can easily activate the weapon’s passive and deal some extra Physical DMG in battle.
2 Memory of Dust
- Primary Stats: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 49.6% ATK
- Effect: Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
Usually, Memory of Dust falls behind other options due to its excessive ATK boost, but that’s not the case with Wanderer.
Scaramouche can greatly benefit from Memory of Dust’s ATK buff, especially considering his large Base ATK (328). Since he’ll need protection when fighting, players can easily fulfill the weapon’s demand for a shielder in Genshin Impact.
1 Tulaytullah's Remembrance
- Primary Stats: 674 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 44.1% CRIT DMG
- Effect: Normal Attack SPD is increased by 10%. After the wielder unleashes an Elemental Skill, Normal Attack DMG will increase by 4.8% every second for 14s. After hitting an opponent with a Normal Attack during this duration, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 9.6%. This increase can be triggered once every 0.3s. The maximum Normal Attack DMG increase per single duration of the overall effect is 48%. The effect will be removed when the wielder leaves the field, and using the Elemental Skill again will reset all DMG buffs.
Tulaytullah’s Remembrance is the best weapon for Scaramouche in Genshin Impact. Although it may seem like the weapon increase Wanderer’s Normal Attack DMG slowly, it actually only needs somewhere between 3-3.5s to maximize. When the buff reaches its maximum (48% at first refinement), a "bell" indicator will appear on Scaramouche’s head.
