All Nilotpala Lotus bloom at night and can only be gathered from water sources like ponds and lakes in Genshin Impact. The flower is a local specialty that belongs to Sumeru, the Lands of Wisdom.
Although Nilotpala Lotus blooms at night, it’s possible to collect the materials at any time in Genshin Impact. Characters like Layla and Tighnari require Nilotpala Lotus to level up and increase their stats. Keep in mind that a total of 168 Lotus are vital to max out the characters’ level.
Nilotpala Lotus Locations In Genshin Impact
More than 70 Nilotpala Lotus can be found scattered around Sumeru in Genshin Impact. Certain characters like Tighnari and Nahida can immensely facilitate the search, as the former marks the Lotus locations on the mini-map in a hand icon whereas the latter can instantly harvest the material from afar using her Skill. Units that can walk on water like Mona and Ayaka will also be helpful. Alternatively, using Beidou to conserve players’ stamina while swimming is also a viable option. The Palace Of Alcazarzaray
To start, head to the Teleport Waypoint north of Chatrakam Cave and head west/northwest to find four Nilotpala Lotus. Next, go east to The Palace of Alcazarzaray Teleport Waypoint and walk around it to collect five Nilotpala Lotus.
Sumeru City And Gandha Hill
To collect all 14 Nilotpala Lotus in Sumeru City:
- Teleport to the Waypoint northwest of Gandha Hill and glide down west.
- Keep collecting the materials in Genshin Impact until a river appears to the east.
- Jump down to find three more Nilotpala Lotus.
- The remaining flower is plucked from the pond northeast of the Gandha Hill Waypoint.
Chinvat Ravine
The Chinvat Ravine possesses 10 Nilotpala Lotus and most of them are found in one area.
- Fast travel to the Waypoint southeast of Chinvat Ravine and run east to find one flower in Genshin Impact.
- Teleport back to the same Waypoint and glide down west to the river.
- Swim around and collect all available Nilotpala Lotus.
- One of the flowers is on top of the waterfall and can be reached by heading north from the Waypoint west of Gandharva Ville.
Devantaka Mountain And Vimara Village
There are 17 Nilotpala Lotus in Devantaka Mountain, which can be gathered by using a couple of Waypoints in Genshin Impact.
- Go to the Teleport Waypoint north of Devantaka Mountain and glide south to find seven flowers.
- Head to the Waypoint southwest of Vimara Village and fly down east to collect two Nilotpala Lotus.
- Keep going south to gather the remaining eight materials.
Pardis Dhyai
It's possible to gather 11 Nilotpala Lotus following this route in Paris Dhyai.
- From Pardis Dhyai Waypoint, run east then fly down to the river below and collect the flowers.
- Teleport to the Statue of the Seven near Pardis Dhyai and walk northeast to collect materials from the small pond.
- If players are desperate, there’s one Nilotpala Lotus underground that can be gathered by going inside a cave; south of the Waypoint situated southwest of the Yazadaha Pool.
Vanarana
Vanarana is a hidden area in Sumeru that can be unlocked by progressing through The World of Aranara World Quest in Genshin Impact. To collect six Nilotpala Lotus:
- Head to the Vanarana Statue of the Seven and turn southwest to where there’s a Phantasmal Gate in the middle of a pond. Collect the three flowers around it.
- Proceed forward in the same direction to see two more materials in the river.
- Turn west and follow the dirt path to find a hidden cave entrance behind an Eremites’ tent. Head inside to collect the remaining Nilotpala Lotus from the large pond.
Near Tower Of Abject Pride Domain
Four Nilotpala Lotus are in an underground area near the Tower of Abject Pride Domain in Genshin Impact. Teleport to the Domain and glide east to find the hidden cave’s entrance. Enter it and swim inside the pond to gather all four Nilotpala Lotus.
