Naku Weed is one of the many resources Genshin Impact players will have access to in the region of Inazuma. Dangerous as it may seem, this picturesque country has many specialties that are not only just required for quests, but also character ascension.
Updated on January 16, 2024, by Aditi Jeyanathan: Naku Weeds are one of the most important local specialties spread across the islands of Inazuma. This special plant was one of the first introduced when the region went live in Genshin Impact and can be most commonly found near trees and shrubbery on the ground. Since Naku Weeds are plentiful, players can easily farm these materials for characters such as Yoimiya and Kuki Shinobu.

For Genshin Impact fans looking to collect Amakumo Fruit, here is how to gather them quickly from Seirai Island.
Naku Weed Locations in Genshin Impact
Naku Weeds can be found in the wild, with their highest concentration on Narukami Island and Seirai Island. As there will be a lot of running across the islands, it would be easier to equip two Anemo characters to your team to decrease stamina consumption and increase movement speed. The farming route will start from Narukami Island, then head to Kannazuka, Yashiori, and then, lastly, Seirai Island.
Narukami Island
Out of all the islands, Narukami Island is the easiest to farm Naku Weeds from since most of the weeds are out in the open and not camouflaged by other plants. You can start at the Teleport Waypoint inside Inazuma City and visit Tsukomomono Groceries to pick up five Naku Weeds.
Next, teleport to Konda Village and head down the well towards the shrine.
You should note that this well can only be unlocked after completing the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual World Quest .
After picking up the three Naku Weeds underground, you can teleport to the waypoint at the Kamisato Estate and use the electrogana to climb the cliffs on the left. After collecting the Naku Weeds in the vicinity and around, teleport to the waypoint at the Grand Narukami Shrine. From here, you can drop down the right side of the mountain to obtain a single Naku Weed on the side.
Teleport back up to the same waypoint and then head left past Inagi Hitomi to the Naku Weed behind her. After collecting that, jump off the side of the mountain and glide down to the area with the staircase leading to the middle opening of Mt Yougou. You will then have to glide across to pick the remaining Naku Weeds lying on the other side of the mountain.
Kannazuka Island
The first batch of Naku Weeds can be found near the roots of a Sakura Tree near the Kujou Encampment. Next, head to the waypoint towards the right of the Tatarasuna and then jump off to reach the ground. You’ll come to a small tunnel opening where there will be a few Naku Weeds spread on the sides. From there on, you can head inside the Tatarasuna and keep collecting the plants lying around the area and inside.
Yashiori Island
Yashiori Island is fairly easy as the Naku Weeds are mainly located inside the Musoujin Gorge and Jakotsu Mine. Musoujin Gorge is permanently affected by Balethunder, so remember to always summon the electrogana lying around as you pick up the Naku Weeds.
Once done, teleport to the southernmost waypoint in Jakotsu Mine and head inside to collect the remaining Naku Weeds on the island.
Seirai Island
Teleport to the waypoint near Seiraimaru and head west to find a few Naku Weeds above ground. There will be one near the Shrine of Depths and one near the Fatui camp. Next, head underground into where the wreckage is and find five more weeds around the area. Then, teleport back to the same waypoint and pick up the remaining two north of the island.
You can then head to the Statue of Seven and collect the Naku Weeds lying around it and then head south and below to grab the remaining. The Naku Weeds on the Fort Hiraumi sub-island are also fairly easy to find, as most of them are around both the teleportation waypoints.
Amakumo Peak has a lot of Naku Weeds that can easily be missed as the color of the ground is similar to the weeds itself. So keep a close eye out for it when you start at the northernmost teleport waypoint to pick up the two stray ones. You can then head to the teleport waypoint in the south and fall down to grab the Naku Weeds lining the island. Players will have to teleport back to the same waypoint and collect the remaining two inside the mountain range before heading to the waypoint in the east to collect the final batch of weeds.
You can first head north to find the five Naku Weeds at the base of the mountain and then go south to get the remaining two. Players will also have to swim across to the easternmost sub-island, where they will find around four Naku Weeds in and around a Hilichurl camp.
