How To Complete The Lotus Eater World Quest In Genshin Impact
To initiate the Lotus Eater World Quest, players must first find a hidden Afterimage. To do so, teleport to The Serpent's Heart Teleport Waypoint in the northwest, then glide down the cliff until they found a small cave.
After entering the cave, pay attention to the left side. There will be a small ruin with an opening to go through.
Players should follow the hallway until they come across a grotto. This place hosts a fishing spot that contains Genshin Impact's Divda and Formalo Ray. Nearby, a Ruin Sentinel will be waiting next to a Time Trial Mechanism. Defeat the enemy and climb the altar behind it. Now, players should have the option to Activate the symbols on the wall.
The markings will light up one by one, indicating the sequence players have to follow later. The first symbol has one golden mark next to it. Meanwhile, the last symbol will have five marks.
Next, go to the altar at The Serpent's Heart. There, players will see five gates, each with a symbol similar to the ones they light up in the grotto. To activate the sequence, simply touch the door in the correct order. The portal will send the character back to the center upon contact, so don't be alarmed as this is normal.
Once players successfully touch the entry, the symbol on it will shine. A small cutscene will appear if the Traveler correctly activates all doors.
An Afterimage will then appear in the middle of the altar. Alas, just like most souls, he forgot who he is, and thus asks the Traveler to help him figure out his identity. To help the Afterimage, players have to find An Ancient Stone Tablet. This item can be located right around the outer ring of the altar and will reveal that the Afterimage's name is Spartacus.

For the next step, follow the quest's directions until three Triangular Mechanisms are found. Behind each of them is a hanging lantern that needs to be moved. The first lantern should be on "top", the second on "bottom", and the last one in "middle". Hitting the Mechanism will move this hanging item, and players will know when they did it correctly when a prompt saying "This seems like the correct position" appears.
Once the hidden door is open, walk inside and find a Mechanism that can switch the time to Evernight. Then, drop down to the bottom and find a stair to go back up. Eventually, players will find Spartacus' "child".
To get the soul talking, choose the second option, After the sun, the darkness starts. After a short talk, the ghost will reveal that Spartacus' resistance no longer exists. Then, he shares a secret of the Dragonbone before disappearing. Prior to leaving, players should open the Common Chest that stands behind the Afterimage. The Genshin Impact Chest is unrelated to this quest, but the item inside will be handy in other tasks.
To get the Dragonbone Orb, players must first collect the Waters of Lethe. Simply follow the quest prompt until the location is discovered. Then, defeat the surrounding enemies to unlock the pool.
The Waters of Lethe will be used to water the Dragonbone Flower. After that, players have to wait until the next daily reset before they can collect the Dragonbone Orb.
After the reset, go back to the giant flower and press Investigate. The Dragonbone Orb will automatically be added to the player's inventory, and the quest will finally be finished. This task grant 30 Primogems upon completion.
