A Luxurious Chest is the best kind of chest in Genshin Impact. It has the most rewards compared to other loot boxes, with Precious Chest being the second best and Common Chest being the most common.
As Luxurious Chest is highly rewarding, it’s not easy to get them. Players either need to solve a complex puzzle, follow a long quest, or discover a hidden secret. A Luxurious Chest is also rewarded inside a Genshin Impact Shrine of Depths.
Somewhere east of the Mawtiyima Forest (southwest of the Electro Regisvine boss), players can find a stone surrounded by some inscription writing. These drawings start out dimmed, but by following specific steps, Genshin Impact players can light the drawings up. Once all three inscriptions are activated, a Luxurious Chest will spawn.
How To Find The Drawing Near Mawtiyima Forest Statue Of The Seven
To find the drawing, the easiest way would be by using the Waypoints around Mawtiyima Forest. Head east to the marked location until players find the stone. The location is somewhere between the Mawtiyima Forest Statue of the Seven and southwest of the Electro Regisvine boss.
To activate all three inscriptions, players need to find locations with an arrow. Every time, Paimon will make a remark about the surrounding Pyro Slimes. Defeat the Slimes, then interact with the nearby Tri-Lakshana objects to continue the puzzle.
How To Light Up The Drawings And Get A Luxurious Chest
First, use the Teleport Waypoint west of the Chasm in Genshin Impact and walk northeast to the marked area. After defeating the Pyro Slimes, use Dendro on a nearby tree to reveal a mechanism. Activate it to light up the arrow.
Next, go find more Pyro Slimes in Mawtiyima Forest. Then, use Electro to activate the nearby mushroom. Again, activate the mechanism to light up the arrow.
Finally, go west of Chatrakam Cave to find Pyro Slimes surrounding a Bouncy Mushroom. Defeat the enemies, then use Electro on the fungus. Jumping on an activated Bouncy Mushroom allows players to jump really high.
Look up and utilize the Four-Leaf Sigils to reach a Dendroculus far above. After the Oculi is taken, the last arrow will light up.
If players have done the Agnihotra Sutra quest, going slightly north will lead them to a spot where they can unlock the hidden Teleport Waypoint in Genshin Impact Sumeru. This device is not marked on the map and is not prompted by any quest, so Travelers have to discover it on their own.
Once all three arrows are activated, go back to the stone to find a Luxurious Chest. Players need to defeat several enemies before they can open the box.
